Charlie is a King Charles Spaniel. Don't know where you are, so can't recommend a breeder in your area, but you should be able to find one locally through google

I know a really good breeder in VA, her number is 540-848-4213, she has the best quality cavaliers, but I should warn you they are pricey, but worth it, I have two.

You should check the local rescue groups in your area, NOT a breeder!!!!!
