if she doesn't want to be spoken poorly about she shouldn't act like a catty jealous bitch, she was so upset Lauren was there, clearly makeing snotty comments to her friends, before lauren even said two words. It's not like she crashed the party she was invited and not warned (which is jason fault).
If Katja going to be pissed at someone it should be Jason...I mean come on seriously he made you look like a punk ass fool, flirty going on dates, not even bringing you up following her outside. Look I don't pretend to know Katja
but if you choose to live your life on TV or marry someone who chooses it for you. It's a choice you make. When you act like that on TV it doesn't make you look like the girl who won the guy, it make you look like the clingy pathtic second best. Look I'm sure she's great but she needs to learn a couple things from Heidi,on the what not to do. If she doesn't want to be slammed, and one of the is don't act like a bitch and expect Lauren or anyone else to like you

fuck lauren and fuck katja. jason is an idiot (and so is spencer for that matter). they are too young to be engaged. both marriages are doomed if they even happen. these guys don't even know what they want out of life. they are on reality tv for crying out loud. jason seems to have an addictive personalilty (didn't he go to rehab??) he doesn't know how to take care of himself and if katja wants to be the girl to clean up the pieces be happy that jason found someone who is that niave. at least lauren isn't trying to grow up to fast. and thats the name of that song.

and as a follow up to that.... if these girls really want to spend the rest of their life trying to prove to the magazines that they are in true love and that they are the answer for these boys and that their marriages aren't a lie, let them do it. its really sad and a waste of their time, but they are obviously fixated on it.

whoa. i love lauren, but everyone needs to calm down and not get so emo. i think jason is better off with katja tho because lauren is too good for him. i think this is just a phase, and how is the show taped anyway cuz i just saw lauren in the audience at the celebrity rap superstar show, supporting jason. so was that pre-engagement?

as much as you want lauren and jason to be together i think that their relationship as more than friends really cant handle anything more...she cant handle all of his problems and vice versa...i think that lauren and brody should be together but thats just me

Katja is actually an incredibly sweet girl. I've had the pleasure of knowing her for many years. The show completely portrayed her as the oppposite, and I will agree that it did not leave a good opinion on the viewer's eyes...however, I do feel this was intentional..obviously "drama sells" and obviously even before this scenario, everyone was on Lauren's side. It's disheartening to see a friend get caught up in Hollywood's drama with overly critical eyes on her...however, I just wanted to at least say that Katja is a really sweet girl and very down to earth, even though most will disregard this.

OMG!!!!! i seriously HATE katja!!!! she is soooo ugly and she desperately needs a makeup lesson!!!! Lauren Conrad is my hero! her and jason are SOOOOOOOOOOO perfect for eachother!!!!! jason and katja will never get married.....he'll cheat on her with lauren before they get married! YAY! and on the MTV aftershow of the episode where jason announces his engagment, they take a pole of who will walk down the aisle first:
Heidi and Spencer
Jason and Katja
Justin Bobby and Audrina
Jason and Lauren.....
heidi and spencer won the pole....but Jason and Lauren got more WAY more votes than jason and katja!!! YES! i am sooooo excited! I LOVE YOU LAUREN!!!!! jason and lauren are sooooooo inlove!

Somewhere up in the comments I read something about why is everyone in a rush to get married and why are they engaged underaged...and talking about mistakes and all. That is crap. How can someone say that another person is not ready for marriage when you dont have a clue about anything concerning them. I have been with my husband since I was 14 and will be 21 in 2 months. So there is proof that young people can make it. Dont be so stereotypical. It just depends on the person. Other than that, little piece I just had to get out, I think lauren is prettier for sure, he dont know what he lost. idiot.
