She looks really insecure with her new looks. She doesn't smile as freely and she looks like she's holding an uncomfortable pose that she can't wait to get out of. Her face in general doesn't look real anymore. I think if your going to get plastic surgury you should enhance what you have, not make yourself almost unrecognisable.
