Between those two pictures, she looks hepaipr before all the surgeries although she's said she can't move her jaw that much right now so maybe that's why she doesn't have much of smile in the other picture. She's not as natural as she was before; it's all artificial beauty and I don't understand why she was so insecure about her looks before. I thought was was prettier before and less fake looking.
