   i thought this whole thing was just some kind of stunt (i mean the WHOLE THING, like spencer really being her boyfriend, like both of their characters were just made up for the hills, etc etc) but i saw these pictures of her new face and i was like what the . .. !!!! i think this is real, who would go to all this trouble for such an elaborate hoax? and ruin their face on purpose?
