Yes, that's a half-nude Rumer Willis on the set of her new movie, wearing a dunce cap. Some celebrity gossip fans have expressed the opinion that it's actually Scout Willis, her younger sister, but we think it's Rumer. Then again, we just like to SAY Rumer.
