   you do know that in some parts of europe it's legal to drink beer at the age of 16 right? so she probably isn't doing anything wrong...

   it doensn't matter if she is 21. the legal age is 18 in England. no, she isn't 18, but all teens experiment.

   did you even read my comment? i said BEER. beer is under a different category. yes alcohol beginning at the age of 18, but beer (as in the picture she is in fact drinking BEER) you are allowed to consume at the age of 16..and how old is she in this picture? 17? so she's overqualified.

   Beer *is* alcohol. And in the UK you can't drink alcohol (yes, that includes beer) until you're 18.

   I think I've read that this is not alcoholic beer, but beer with no alcohol in it...so she can drink it ;)
