Well let me settle one thing Miley is gorgeous but Mrs. Lovato takes the cake! Demi is a way better actress than Miley! Sorry, but I never believe Miley when she acts. I also have a sneaky suspicion that she lip sings. Demi on the other hand has an absolutely phenomenal voice and she can act way better that Miley! On a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being the best I'd definetly give Demi a 1 million!
