And yet David said himself that there is no chance of them getting together in a later interview done by Fox and that she is like a sister to him. Which is funny because they also asked him about another girl in a seperate interview that he knew and he giggled and said the same thing about her saying "she is a nice girl, sweet and shy, but she is like a sister to me". So this is a typical guy who has all girl friends, and a lack of guy friends which to me and many other people is a classic example of a gay man, or boy.
It is fine either way, he has talent, but I dont think enough to win Idol, but who knows I guess because there are a lot of teen girls drooling over him and not knowing that he is gay.
The reason that people are not reporting on this is because he is still underage and they could be sued for defamation of character. It may be months before we hear anything about this in the tabloids, but I think

As we all know the future for David Archuleta is a great one ahead of him, no matter what. But as you all do not know, is the entire truth behind this.
It seems that in many states in the U.S. that you must be at least 16 years of age to consent to sex so as long as you do not have any mental disability of handicap that would alter you making a rational decision.
Well it seems that they were safe there, however the issue could still be persued by David's parents in a case a statuatory rape. However because of the timing in which Jeff Archuleta may have found out about the involvement of David and Phillip it seems that David's chances on American Idol would have been spoiled.
Any public record, law suits, criminal charges on or filed by David would have to be exposed before putting him in the limelight. Sure, they could hide it considering that the charges would not be on David, but rather on Phillip, but it would surely be exposed at one point or another.

All of this stuff about him having a relationship is UNBELIEVABLY ridiculous! have you ever seen an interview? for some weird reason, the kid has the maturity level of a 12 year old (even if he doesn't perform like one). he's more child than teenager at 17 which i'll admit is weird in itself. however, i don't think he's matured to the point where his sexuality has even kicked in. To say the stuff that's being printed here is so terrible. he's such a sweet and unusual kid. I know a lot of people find it "exciting" to speculate, especially when you've been "bitten" by his charm and talent, but SERIOUSLY - this is ridiculous.

I wrote for the first time this morning, and I have to say, i feel really terrible about myself for contributing to this blog. Who am i to comment on any of this when i know neither person, and probably never will? I love David Archuleta - gay or straight. He's such a cute, little guy whose pure love of music and song is what made everyone love him to begin with. The one thing that seems true is the fact that he is a shy, gentle-hearted, naive boy who believes he can change the world by singing a song w/ a good message. For gosh sakes, he thinks that performing at the olympics would be the best gig ever. I am fascinated by the fact that HE, of all people, is the object of lust, obsession and intrigue for so many different types of people. Crazy.
