Hi again David. I just wanted to say what an awesome performance last night. All the guys did great, but low and behold yours toughed at my heart strings. You looked great too.
Ignore the ignorant haters. It's about who can uplift and entertain us with their voice. You can and have. Thank you.
P.S. Question---Is it just you now at "school" on idol? Are you in class all by yourself?

David Archuleta is soooooooooooooooo cute!!!!!! and he can sing just like me!!!! I listen to that song imagine that he sang, on my ipod everyday its just sooo good. I hope he wins i vote for him every time. I wish i could meet him because he is so TALENTED. Maybe once in my life ill get to meet him. Again hes sooooooooooooooo hot and cute and fine. I love u

Please ignore the negative comments about your sexuality. Who gives a poop! Gay straight whatever!!! Especially in this day and age. This is all about talent, not anything else!
Whenever someone reaches a certain amount of success there will always be someone that wants to bring you down because of their own insecurities. Keep on truckin David and knock em dead.
BTW... I am the 11th person to post on this thing. (FEB 13th) I've been away working a job where I didn't have TV and internet access since that last post .so I was totally in the dark about how well you were doing. Although I heard through local radio stations in Vancouver Canada that you were doing well in the competition because I listen to the radio while I work (I'm a painter). All I could do is smile because my prediction about you is coming true and I still feel you will win it because you are a true talent.
Being the psychic that I am, the one thing that may come into play as you approach the top three is they may attempt to bring you down because you already won a big competion. There will be controversy about this in the press. Brace yourself for it and hold your ground.
You deserve to win this competition...

You have such a pleasent spirt that you just don't see in to many young males or people in general today.

I am sorry to do this, I know we have been friends for a while but these people are right. You done me wrong and they deserve to know the truth david. Not only is he gay but when we went to boston last summer he had an affair with an older man there. David is a great person and I will always hold a place in my heart for him, but you did me wrong boy and now I am telling everyone the truth! What was his name again? I find it really humerous that people think that just because your polite, goodlooking and shy, that automatically means you like male sexual organs! lol So does this mean ALL straight men are rude, ugly and boisterous? There is nothing girly or feminine about him so shutup. I wish he was gay because he would be my dream man( well when hes over 18:) but even with my extremely accurate gaydar, I dont think he is.
Anyways I think he is amazing and I will be buying his cds!!!!!!

i am an 18 year old guy and i dont ever watch american idol but i saw imagine and i cant stop i only wanna watch for him. David u seem really cool and i wish we were friends but now u are too famous to live a normal life which sucks. I smoke and drink and stuff and you seem to innocent for that but idk you just seem really genuine like most of my friends are. haha i have a singer friend too and she is just as beautiful and is annoying too sometimes when she alawys sings like ur friends say about u. Anyway who cares what anyone says about ur life everyone is jealous cause your sick. The world obviously has some serious things planned for you.. dont let it overwhelm you or take you over stay who you are in these interviews and stuff and u will be good.

I think it's just human nature for most people to get a bit nervous and act a little goofy when they suddenly have all this media attention around them. David, just keep on being who you are, rocking out on that stage, and America will see you for the truly talented artist you are. So far, you've done an awesome job connecting with the songs you pick and really putting feeling into them. Seeing you on stage makes me wish I could sing half as good, but I guess I'll just have to find another creative outlet. Best of luck next week and the weeks to come, you'll definitely win this year.

Even though I think david is gay, it doesn't matter because American Idol is doing a good job at covering it up. Notice subtle comments like "All the girls love you." American Idol wants David to win but knows that if he is exposed most of the South and several conservative families will either ban their kids or talk them out of voting for David. He has a special gift--let him be himself whether that is gay or straight. We may see more of his gift without the societal pressure of appearing to be straight.

I really don't think he his, not that it would matter. I myself am polite, well-mannered, and a bit soft spoken and I haven't really given any thoughts to relationships, there's plenty of time for that. However none of that means that I'm gay. I just don't understand why there are certain ways a guy has to act to prove that he's straight. Everyone is different and special in their own way. If you read this David, just ignore all of those stupid rumors and just keep being yourself. That's all anyone should have to do.

Don't be surprised if David doesn't read this blog anymore it has become far to speculative about who he is and that is not fair.

David your awesome! Me and my sister used to watch you on start search all the time. We thought you were so good, i couldnt believe it when i found you on you tube and you were on american idol, now i watch it every time, i hope you win. God has blessed you with great abilitys, you will go far no matter what, you already have so many fans! Make an album and i promise i will buy it. I wish you the best of luck. God Bless!
