Can you actually use your eyes and look at the photo All it is, is a photoshoot with her and her father, there is nothing wrong with it. There both fully dressed and there enjoying it. There is nothing wrong with the whole photo shoot that happened, I don't know the whole story but it doesn't exactly matter even if she did just have a sheet or blanket on. Have you see the photos that models/supermodels do, there more naked that what you all expect miley did. Seriously! And im sure when miley is 20 going on, your all going to want to see her pose nude or in a bikin. She's just living her life!
