How can girls say that Danny is hot? I mean seriously - the boy might as well wear a dress while he is up there singing. He may sound like a guy but otherwise, he's all girl! Seriously? Are people even questioning whether or not he is gay? Really? I can't imagine a woman in the world wanting to be with someone that feminine. I'm sure there are a few gay men out there that are putt off by it too.

If the boy's got talent then let him win even if he's gay or not! You guys should just shut the f**k up and accept people for who they are!! Some people here hate us gays because they fear us!! Danny's a good singer, but there are definately other contestants that sing better. I don't think people "fear" gays; I think they just feel sorry for them. Did you know 85% of homosexuals were sexually abused sometime in their life. See, now that's sad to me =(. It's sad that something like that can mess a person up that bad. I'm sure he's a very nice guy though. And...he does kinda look like Jessica Alba! =)

Most of you people are way too obsessed with gender and sexuality. Being gay does not make you the opposite sex. Do you all live under a rock or something. The world is made up of people who are straight,lesbian,gay,bisexual,polysexual, and transgendered. If you don't know the differences in these terms perhaps you should try looking them up and understanding what you are talking about. I have a very low tolerance for ignorance.

I have to say, i was never fully aware of how stupid and ignorant people could be until i read comments like this... "a gay person is not someone to idolize" or "for the millions of children out there make up your mind are you a man or a woman" Are u kidding me? First off, being gay doesn't turn u into the opposite sex, if danny is gay, he is still a MALE. and he also doesn't have to prove a thing to any of the closed minded haters out there either. You can love or hate his singing, but leave his sexuality out of it. And this other comment really pissed me off too..."How gross, my family can't even stand to watch him" well sorry but the only gross thing here is ignorant people like you that place negative judgements on people that are alot more kind and human like than you'll ever be. If you want to hate on someone, hate on the killers and rapists of the world, not somone like danny who's just trying to get a friggen singing contract. jeez!!!

Omg, I am totally obsessed with this guy! I don't really care if he's gay or not, because he's got pure talent AND he's hot. And I love his personality! People say he's got too much attitude, but Danny wouldn't be Danny if he wasn't how he is! And the truth is, AI wouldn't be half as fan if Danny weren't in it. He lights up every episode! All I want to say is, American Idol is a singing competition, not a sexual orientation- or looks-oriented competition. All that matters here is talent! Go Danny!
