Hey Lisa!I love this video. I’ve been tkihning about doing little pilates demos online, and I think your video is very effective. It’s personal and not intimidating like a lot of fitness demos seem to be. Do more, please!Btw, I tried this tonight with 3 lb weighted balls and it’s awesome, and challenging. I will add it to my home matwork routine for sure. I went super slow and you are right – it is really intense! My arms were shaking, which was great. ; )Looking forward to the next one!
