Congratulations to all three of them. This is a wonderful occasion and Clay deserves much happiness. Can't wait to see Parker's first pictures. God Bless Them all !!!

Hi Mary,
Thanks for sharing...Im so happy for Clay and Jaymes!. I did have a question for you. You said your cousin said that Clay and Jaymes are a couple and happy. Not that I dong beleive you cause I do! But I have friends who say no..did she say how long Clay and Jaymes have been a couple. I know the press and stuff say no just feinds but Im not buying it. I dont believe Clay would want to have the child witihout having the specieal lady in his life.
I was just curious..Cause people want to beat me money they arent a couple but Im willing to beat money they are.

I see a very happy man. Congratulations to him and his dear friend Jaymes. I totally understand the importance of friendship in a relationship as my husband who I dearly love is also my very best friend. Mature people know that and they also know that you do not have to be married to deeply love someone.
In vitro or not doesn't matter here because there are no guarantees with in vitro. God himself has blessed them with this child. I wish them all the happiness and joy in the world. But I believe they already have that joy and happiness - each other and Parker.

I don't really "know" Clay, only met him like 3-4 times when they dated. He is very nice. This was around 2005. I hope I didn't make it seem like I was friends with Clay and all. I knew him, and my cousin still talks to him from time to time. She says he and Jaymes are very much a couple and very happy. She knows nothing about how the baby came about (not her business as she says) just that Clay has always wanted to be a dad. Sorry if I made it seem like I knew more.

Clay and Jaymes had a child and will raise it together with love. Nothing else matters. If God didn't want this child in the world, he would not be here. Simple as that.
Am extremely happy for them and hopeful for this innocent child, that gossip sites respect his privacy as well at that of his parents. They all deserve better.

I agree that it is as strange as it sounds. In my opinion Jaymes was no more then a surrogate and this is Clay's baby 100%, even though he never had sex to get him.
