it IS lady gaga. compare the ears and nose to this picture of her http://www.thehollywoodgossip.com/gallery/lady-gaga-at-yankee-stadium/ she has a big nose naturally, it's not prosthetic. her makeup artist just contours it really well to make it seem smaller.
