Is this model posing for Vogue Japan really Lady Gaga? Or is this just an Internet hoax?

it IS lady gaga. compare the ears and nose to this picture of her http://www.thehollywoodgossip.com/gallery/lady-gaga-at-yankee-stadium/ she has a big nose naturally, it's not prosthetic. her makeup artist just contours it really well to make it seem smaller.
