Bryan Spears and Britney Spears are siblings. He's 30, she's 26. Bryan Spears and Britney Spears are not seen together much because he keeps a lower profile, but since she's in need of help with her mental woes, he's come to help her out as co-trustee of her estate. Nice guy!
