that was FACE LIPO (not face lip) that Brittany Murphy had before she was dead so her cheeks looked sunken. (After she was dead she only had autopsy which I guess doesn't qualify as plastic surgery but it is surgery & plastic/cosmetic when they sew back up)

Ok first of all lip augmentation is NOT plastic surgery, it's done by shots! P.S. involves being unconscious and cut open with a scalpel. Having said this BMurphy had TON of p.s. before she was dead: mainly major face lip to change that bloated appearance of hers, nose job and chin reduction. It's really pathetic to see websites of these commenting on how bad people seem to think someone else looks.
It's really sad to come across a page like this after she's dead.

i don't know what is wrong with Brittany Murphy, but she looks nothing like she used to, and not for the best. she is unhealthily thin, and her face is all changed. she must have had plastic surgery on her face, no one could change that much without it. She looks freakish.
