Forget about the ciggy. Shes like the most famous person on the planet and she doesn't think about putting some clothes on her child when cameras follow her. I wouldnt want a stranger taking naked pics of my child.

Smoking around your kids is just bad, really really bad. I love Britney but this just makes me sick. Get rid of the cigarettes!
