That is, indeed, a big ass Salma Hayek. She's nine months pregnant with the child of Francois-Henri Pinault. She is absolutely gigantic. It's like we are looking at a Salma Hayek blow-up doll. Though it's wearing a slightly different outfit than the one we've got stashed in the closet.

Pregnant women are supposed to gain weight, dummy! They are eating for two and carrying - at nine months pregnant - a fully formed human being in their bodies. Why would anyone make fun of the body of a pregnant woman? How twisted is that? Salma Hayek looked just the way she was supposed to look while she was pregnant. She was beautiful then and she is beautiful now! And now she has a healthy cutie pie little girl. Congratulations to Salma Hayek, and a lifetime of happiness to little Valentina.
