I think she needs to dress her age. Don't get me wrong, it's a gorgeous dress and she looks amazing but you wouldn't expect to see that on someone who is 15.

i think it's fine! i mean it may have not been the best choice, but i've seen lots of 9 YEAR OLDS wearing bare backed dresses! i think that she shouldn't have to go through every one judging her. haven't you ever heard, AMERICA IS A FREE COUNTRY! it's her choice what she wears.
