yuck! I hate that outfit! Here is Katies fashion make over for miley-
1. TAKE OFF THAT HEADBAND! And Brush out your hair
2. Take off those botts! the do not go with your outfit at all! Try some like flipflops or ankleboots!
3. Take out those earrings and put in some little stubs or at the biggest some little dangle pearls! Not those huge things!
4. either ditch the bag or get one that is smaller. Or maybe one of those handbags would look nice.
5. Lose a couple of those bracelets! Bracelet overboard! A few bracelets is fine (2-3 maybe)but not that maybe and some bracelets that match that outfit like some bangles!
