she got the nose job because she had breathing problems since she was a kid...it was for her health.

even though she got this done for medical reasons it looks SO weird!!! couldn't she get it to be better?

i don't think it looks extremely different...it's still long and thin...but she looked more unique before!

I can't really see the different. She looks the same to me. Well I see she spent hard works money on that while she could of gave it to the poor...

I don't see why people think she looks like Michael Jackson. I mean, her nose is crocked BUT you can barely tell the difference. Yeah she was prettier before the nose job, but she's still the same woman inside. It might be hideous to some people but, she had breathing problems. Would you rather have the perfect nose, or being able to breath??

Dude she looked so much prettier without that ski jump nose. Im tha guru so if ur reading this ashley, go back to the surgeon that operated u and say u wanna have ur nose back if he wont just kick him in the nuts lol

the nose job is okay but it adds nothing to her beauty! Now she looks like every other girl in hollywood! when will we get it through girls heads personlity and individulity are both very good and beautiful things?

ok well i respect her decision of getting a nose job because even tho she looked a little bit better before if it was for her health she was very brave of doing that to her nose, and i think that she knew that when she decided to get plastic surgery, she knew what she was in for .....a lot of people giving her crap for it and saying she's fake...and she also knew that this was going to affect her appearance.....and she did it to keep her body healthy....i think that she is a very brave girl to do that and i respect her very much for that........good job ashley

yeah she couldnt breathe out her right nostril hardly. So give her a brake she only did it for her health. U wouldnt like it if u had that same problem now wouldnt u dats why u would get a nose job like Miss Ashley Tisdale!

Well i my mom is a doctor and she said that the bump on her nose has nothing to do with a deviated septum or anyhting to do with the noses shape they could have just have stretched her nosrtil a little and kept it as it was!!! And if u look at the photo good u can see that she not only got her nose done she got surgery on her cheeks and that changed the shape of her face!!!! And look at her cheeks i think she got her chin redone to caus eit looks smaller and her eyes are smaller ans they are bruised!!!!! Witch is from the surgery!!! Trust me my mom is a plastic surgen for L.A she should know!!!! she just wanted her nose and cheeks done!!! Devaited septum thats bogas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Again i hope no offence is taken but still looks better. i forgot to say that i do respect your desision now that you are a grown woman. i believe that you have the right and the money to do what ever you want. I live way out in the boondocks so i don't see much of that accept for about two kids at my school (i am in 7th grade) (scary hugh?) still love you bunches Lauren
