her face is almost too perfect now. and perfection is not beauty. beauty is making the best of your flaws. she was so much prettier before the nose job. guess we got another one sucked into the hollywood social pit.

Well i think she looks great!
If she chose to have a nose job well thats her choice, it doesn't effect anyone elses life so haterz get over it!
But if she did have a medical problem well then.. how would you feel?!?

I thought she looked pretty with her old nose. She doesn't look real anymore, she looks fake. It changed her whole face.

YOUNG TEENS & KIDS, this message is for those of you that are still buying the whole medical reason crap. I assume you are all young because I don't know anyone over the age of 15 that would actually believe it. Seriously though, she did not have to change her exterior appearance due to medical reasons! I don't care how many times she broke her nose or how many fractures she had, it was still unnecessary for her to change her appearance. In case there are some people that aren't noticing, she did not just get the bump shaved down. Compare the tips. The tip has been changed as well.

Omg..She doesn't look like Ashley Michelle Tisdale. She likes totally different. I mean, she was so much prettier before! Her nose job isn't horrible, but she does look uglier with it. I wish she never did it though. Even though it was for health. She lookes kinda fake. But she's okay now.

I do agree that it's a little better from before, but if it was for medical reasons then there really was nothign wrong with it. And also this was her decision, and if you don't like Ashely Tisdale, it's probably stupid to waste your time dissing on her, she wanted a new nose or cause she had to, leave her alone, sure I liked her old one better, but this was her dicision, not mine.

everyone has flaws but that dont make it right to go get plastic surgery everytime you feel bad

OMG all you people who are dissing Ashley have some serious mental issue. If you look at her face it is the same. Wow her nose is a little different but she still has the same face. What makes her look different is her hair is coloured and make-up is different. So open your eyes! She's still gorgeous.

okay. noone is saying she shouldnt have had the medical operation because it was necessary, but she ALSO got a plastic surgery! god. its not like the bump on your nose magically disappears once you fix your septum! believe me, i had a medical operation on my nose for the same reason and its still the way it was!

She did not get a nose job to repair a deviated septum. My mother had a severely deviated septum. The doctor went in and repaired the problem without reshaping her whole entire nose. It is not necessary to reshape the entire nose in order to repair a deviated septum. She may have had a deviated septum, but she chose to have other reshaping done on her nose while the doctors were operating.

I think shes looks so much worse now shes stil pretty in the actual face but really she shoukd of kept it how it was but i keep forgetting it was medical problems if she didnt get her nose put right she wouldnt be able to breath properly nd then she wouldnt be able to sing n none of us want that to happen do we now
