That was when she was still swollen from the rhinoplasty (for the record a "nose job" is defined as a medically UNNECESSARY procedure to alter the lock of the nose, rhinoplasty is ANY surgery done on the nose...not like the tabloids care about the difference, though). Look at some of the pics of her "now"...the more recent ones (particularly from her outing last Friday - the 21st). The ONLY difference is the bump on the bridge of her nose. It's gone because she broke it in a car accident when she was young. She had that repaired plus the procedure to fix the septum. Notice how this site keeps the worst picture possible up? What a joke of a site.

Kimeka is correct. Ashley's nose was actually broken twice when she was younger. When she hyperventilated and passed out because she was having trouble breathing during the HSM South American tour she decided it was necessary to correct the problem. It's not like she really had a choice-----but the haters will believe what they want to. She was cute before, she's still cute, and I'm done talking about her nose.Gawd.

Honestly, there is not a huge difference, I think she looks fine, just as good as she did before. She did need the surgery for health reasons.

Despite wether shes pretty or not shes pretty isnt it better if she can breathe? Imagine if she was ur bff, would u rather her be pretty or be able to breathe? Personally, i'd like it better if she could breathe. And looks dont matter, she is an incredible singer and actress, and im sure she is a wonderful person

her nose was unique before now she looks totally different and i think she looked way better before....bad move on her part she is completey unrecognizable and she has highschool musical and a show shes in..bad career move..and as for it being medical reasons BS thats her excuse to get a new nose....i asked someone in the medical field saying the wat she did was completley unesissary to get a whole new nose....she looks ugly now

i like her new nose but i like the old one better because she looked like ashley tisdale and since she lost that little bump on her nose, she dont look like she was and i like the old ashley, the way she looked and all. Just because she had a couple of accidents in her childhood the created the bump doesnt really mean she should change it. Ok it might be for health reasons but still.

Newsflash"me" - devieted septum surgery does not change the external appearance of the nose. sorry, it's an amusing excuse, but only if you're smart enough to see the hilarity of it.

If you had a medical problem with your nose it doesnt require the surgeon to make a totally different nose. SHE JUST DOESNT WANT TO ADMIT HER NOSE JOB. before the surgery she had a little bump that was barely noticeable and now her face looks like plastic. nice job ash,, you ruined your face.
