You guys are pathetic; THIS WAS NOT COSMETIC SURGERY OR A NOSE JOB. She had a blocked airway and went to get it fixed because she once had a broken nose which caused the blocked airway.

Floza: if she couldn't breath right with her before nose she wouldn't made her septum pugger, she would made her nostril wider.
I really don't understand why does a typical jewish girl try that hard to be a nowadays trendy blond?!
With that surgery she just ruined her original face...

First...You don't have to change the shape of your nose if you have deviated septum. That's the fact. She decided to change the shape because she probably wanted to look much more feminine.
I think her nose job looks too done,unnatural, because too much cartilage has been taken. The bridge is too low and the tip is upturned.
The result...she looked way better before, especially an face.
That's my opinion. If you have difficulties with breathnig, you don't need to shave your nose, so don't be naive.
She could have revision to restore her nose if she wants more natural looking nose.
Why would you like to look much more younger if you are 23?
Some surgeons say they make upturned noses for the prevention in old days...That's rubbish.
However, she is still pretty girl.

Ok you guys I know you are all Have an opinion but she did have it done for medical reasons someone close to me had the same thing and it is one of the hardest things do deal with and it's probabley much worse with everyone saying she's ugly!! She was beatiful before and after her op her nose looks soo beatiful now. She had her deviated septum repaired she did it for her health - she couldn't breath right and that is something you do every second of your life so it was good she had it done and she definately looks gorgeous!! Good luck Ashley for the future xxxxx

The only thing I see here that is ugly is all the nasty comments that are completely unnecessary. Listen to yourselves!
