   She looks totally different. She isn't Ashley anymore and she looked way better before. And if it was for 'medical reasons' why does she have a totally different nose?

   The truth is that she really did it for medical reasons. Before the nose job was done, she coudn't breath correctly. She had a problem, which she solved and I don't think that it's a bad thing. And by the way, she looks pretty as before.
