I was totally flat when I was 14, and the same thing happened to me over the summer I totally blossomed...I went from being a A cup to a DD over the summer and my chest has been a 32 DD since then...so yea I think that their totally natural

It is amazing what you can do with a photo with Paint Shop Pro or Adobe Photo Shop. If you people actually think Ali Lohan got a boob job, then you all are really ignorant and possibly stupid. Also if you look at the angles that the photographs were taken and how she is standing and or sitting, that alone would make it appear that there is a difference. Another thing is that not all teenage girls are the same and women aren't the same. I remember some neighborhood teens where the 13 year old girl had bigger boobs than Ali Lohan and this girl's sister wasn't far behind.
