it is a trick shot.
the hands are NOT touching the boobs.
even if they were touching the boobs,
its obvious from their facial expressions and pose
that they are HORSING AROUND.

I see nothing wrong with the photo... where is the scandal there? maybe Ramiele is also a frustrated model, a lingerie model? just kidding... but since her talent is singing then she decided to just pursue with that talent and she's right!
