Megan Fox has had a lot of plastic surgery the cheek bones and extra lip filler etc is only the most recent. Look at her in pics before she was famous she looked very girl next door. She has had at least one nose job, cheek implants, brow lift, lip fillers, breast implants an skin lasering to remove acne scarring. I have nothing against her but I think young woman should be aware that the way she looks now is largely down to surgery and contouring make up. So don't beat yourselves up if you don't look like this on a trip to the shops. That is all xx

OMG why would she do this to herself? She was sooo gorgeous during transformers even when she got her nose done after transformers...but this is bad. Hopefully she can somehow go back and minimize some of the damage??? She was absolutely gorgeous and now *sigh* what a waste.

This girl has been getting tons of surgery since way back when even before Transformers. You can see the different stages of her face in Elle Magazine where she even admits the pictures are of herself. At least she was pretty then in Transformers, now she looks old, the botox, the dermal fillers, and lip injections have aged her a lot. She should have stopped after Transformers and left well enough alone. Cher and Janice Dickenson were pretty before all the plastic surgery and botox too but they went overboard and I guess that's what happens when you go overboard.

O.M.G why in the hell would should do this she was so beautifull now she looks like a 50yr old women getting plastic surgery to cover up her oldness
