I don't appreciate the tone the author uses in this article at all.
I used to work with terminally ill patients in one of the country's top cancer hospitals (NYC, Upper East Side) in its cannabis program. All patient were stage 4 and on the brink of death. I, along with others, helped them roll doobies in hemp paper, held it to their lips and lit it for them. For patients with respiratory issues, we would administer THC pills.
It changed my entire outlook on this "war on drugs" we have going on. Yes, these people were on death's door, but it made it handling their pain so much more bearable than drug cocktails. It helped them eat (MUNCHIES!) and it made acceptance of what was to come much easier for them.
No one ever ODed. No one wigged out. No one ever tried to harm me and the staff in any way. They were the chilliest bunch of patients I EVER had the pleasure of working with.
And its a DAMN SHAME the people that are going through chemo/rad treatments for their cancers cannot benefit from the medical uses of this plant.
Aww congrats to them!! What a super star couple, that child is going to blessed for sure!
It really is too bad that she can't get her foot into American movies, but it doesn't really matter...that woman causes riots anywhere she goes in India.

On facebook, there are people posting statuses like, "Goodbye to a real hero" and the such, and I think...REALLY?? I will admit, I am NOT a fan of the "Jackass" brand. Even from its early days on MTV, i've always thought it was the stupidest thing ever, but that just my personal opinion.
This guys dies, I really don't know who he was or what he brought to the brand, so I can't fully judge the effect he had on his fans.
But. Something is WRONG with my generation if they even *consider* this dude to be a "hero". How about our boys in Iraq? What about our fire fighters? Do you think the jackasses could run up 40 flights of stairs with 60 lbs of gear on their back?
I'm sorry, I'm just ranting. I'm very sorry this guy passed away, regardless of the cause. A loss of life is always tragic. But he wasn't a hero.
He was a guy that made the stupid choice to drive drunk.

Do you honestly think they love each other? Kim is the money maker of the family, her wedding pictures would sell for thousands more than her sisters. Shes def going to have a special wedding episode on her show (which they hope will bring in millions of viewers), companies are going to dish out major cash for her to drop names...this is all another day in the life of the Kardashians.
You will NEVER see anyone in that family do anything small or private, thier entire lives are sold to the highest bidder!
My goodness...I work 40+ hours a week and will probably never see the amount of money these wastes of space make in a season...and what I do actually makes a damn difference.

They need to bring back labor camps. I'm never in support of human suffering, but a little back-breaking work 12-15 hours a day would do them WELL.
Aww, congrats to her! It seems that she was preggo forever! What a blessing, i'm glad they worked out thier issues and I hope they are able to stay together :)
