@Alan - you've hit the proverbial nail on the head. This girl is as "plastic" as it gets. Meh.
This entire season makes me gag. I'm so annoyed at myself for watching! Give me a break! This girl has absolutely ZILCH going for her. ("I know, right?") She is phony with a capital "P." The guys are blah. Jef (one "f") is still a child. Arie (obviously, the "Winner,") seems to have one *thing* on his mind, and we all know how long THAT will last!) Sean is too "nice" (and, borrrr-ing). And, Chris is an "accident waiting to happen." This girl needs to get her hair "re-touched," drop the spray tan, go back home to NC, go back to school and learn how to read and write; and (please...for her own sake) get "real." Next season (if there IS one), producers, PLEASE give us a more believable, and more intelligent, "Bachelorette."
Emily proved tonight that she has a little bit of common sense inside that bleached-blonde head. Finally heard something other than, "I know, right?"! Sean seems like the best guy to me, but then, if I had much common sense I wouldn't be wasting MY time watching this tripe! ~0;-p
Great Mom, there. Yessiree Bob! That little one is going to have a few "issues," that is pretty clear. And, sad. Pathetic. ~0:'-(
Congratulations to Phillip! He was RIGHT! The bottom line: "It IS all about the MUSIC!" ~0;-D
PHILLIP!!! 'nuff said. ~0;-D
Nice job, but she doesn't thrill me. ~0:-p
He's nice to listen to. I LOVE his music. I don't care who wrote and sang his songs, before. Now, they have been "Phillipized," and, they're great!! ~0;-D
I REALLY wanted to like this show. I so enjoyed last season with Ashley and the guys. But, Emily is so vapid, the guys are mostly "dorks," and the script is plain stupid. So long, Bachelorette. I had high hopes for you. I turned you off last night because I had to go take some "Pepto Bismol." (Rhymes with "dismal!") ~0:-p
I didn't want to, but I got hooked on this inane show when Ashley Hebert was "The Bachelorette."
Whereas Ashley was (and is) genuine and cute, this "Emily" girl appears to be "over-the-top" "plasticky" and, "sickeningly Saccarine" (sp?); (And, her hair has been mercilessly over-processed! Please get rid of those fake-looking extensions!)
IMHO, the guys didn't fare much better, except for a couple, who appeared much more sincere than Emily.
I sincerely hope I have misjudged her. If I have, I'll be the first to admit it! ~0;-)
