Prepare to scream, female readers.

Stone Martin, a 14-year old hopeful who auditioned for The X Factor last night, made the most of his time on stage by covering the One Direction hit "Little Things."

The ballad was especially adored by Simon Cowell, who put together the beloved boy group in England and who responded to Martin's rendition with three words: "Wow, wow, wow."

Demi Lovato was also a fan of the "powerful" connection" Martin made with the audience, adding: I think that you’re so cute. You’re so charming."

Stone is off to Round 2 and you can check out his impressive pipes now:

Move over, Rion Page.

You may have some competition on The X Factor this season.

Carlos Guevara, a 16-year old high school student who suffers from involuntary motor and vocal tics as a result of Tourette's Syndrome, blew judges and viewers away on The X Factor last night.

He performed John Mayer's "Gravity" and earned both a standing ovation from the audience and effusive praise from the panelists.

"You have a beautiful voice I can tell that you have a beautiful soul. I believe that you are so talented," said Demi Lovato, while Simon Cowell added:

“Carlos, you know what I like about you is that you’re not a victim. You’ve got this issue, but most importantly you haven’t let that stopped you doing what you dreamt of doing.”

The X Factor Season 3 kicked off last night with new judges, new enthusiasm and... the next Carrie Underwood?

Maybe. Meet Rion Page.

This 13-year old positively blew the judges away with her rendition of Underwood's "Blown Away," as the young woman who is partially blind in one eye and who suffers from the condition arthrogryposis (which results in limited use of her hands) invoked a comparison from Simon Cowell between herself and the former Idol champion.

“I remember the day I met Carrie Underwood and I remember predicting this girl was going to go on and do special things with her life,” said Cowell. "And I’m gonna say the same thing about you, Rion.”

Rion advanced to the next round easily, with Simon, Demi Lovato, Kelly Rowland and Paulino Rubio all singing her praises. You must watch her audition now.

Among other performers who impressed? Lillie McCloud. Meet her and enjoy a rundown of the top contestants below.

Look away, Lauren Silverman. Look away...

In a new commercial for The X Factor in Israel, model Bar Refaeli drives over to producer Simon Cowell and flirts up a serious storm as she introduces him to the judges on this country's version of the program: Ivri Lider, Shiri Maimon, Rami Fortis, and Moshe Peretz.

Refaeli, of course, is no stranger to racy promos.

Folks are still talking about the GoDaddy Super Bowl spot in which she makes out with some lucky nerd.

The X Factor will premiere in Israel (and the United States) later this month. Watch the sexy commercial now:

Fox has released the first poster for The X Factor Season 3.

And it looks like Simon Cowell better take cover.

The fun image features this show's creator surrounded by his three female colleagues, with Demi Lovato playfully choking Simon around the neck and new judges Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio making their presence felt over his shoulder.

"Simon thinks he's in charge," the poster reads. "He'd better think again."

Ding! Ding!

It is totally on between Charlotte Church and The X Factor.

The Welsh opera singer took to Twitter late last week and put the smack down on Simon Cowell's creation, telling the world:

"I got asked to do the X factor job. I'd rather poke my eyes out with sticks than be a part of the machine that kills music."

Hmmm... we wonder how the 27-year old really feels?

Sagging far behind The Voice and American Idol in terms of viewers interest, Simon Cowell's creation will mix things up with first-time judges Kelly Rowland and Paula Rubino, as well as a respectful Demi Lovato.

At least according to the first promo for Season 3, which aired during the Major League Baseball All-Star Game last night.
