The small actor has dropped his $20 million suit against celebrity sex tape broker Kevin Blatt and an adult film distributor, after they agreed not to market a video of him getting it on with Ranae Shrider.

"We got what we wanted: a permanent injunction," attorney Edwin F. McPherson told The Los Angeles Times.

Fortunately, for everyone that wanted to see people as random as Troyer or Shrider in the buff, there's always Susie Feldman in this month's Playboy issue.

Sorry, folks. This is the most action you'll get to see between Ranae Shrider and Verne Troyer.

We've already heard Ranae Shrider's sorded side of the sex tape story with Verne Troyer.

Now, the diminutive actor has opened up to E! Online about his life, ex-girlfriend and a certain leaked, intercourse-laden video...

On the sex tape's release: “I feel like I have no privacy. Just because people are seeing something that was meant to be between me and her. That's the biggest reason that I'm, you know, trying to stop the tape from being released.”

On the legal process: “I’ve been, for the past two weeks, three weeks probably, spending a lot of money to fight this. I have my lawyer, and he’s doing a great job."

On dumping Ranae Shrider: “I broke up with her in the middle of June; it was something probably to do with that. It was basically when she decided to give the tape away. I highly doubt that she thought that would get me back with her. Ransom or something."

On his current relationship with Shrider: “She's still in the house. I saw her when I left today, and she was calling me names and stuff… so I can't get away from it."

That's too bad. But due to the subprime mortgage lending crisis, it's not surprising that Shrider can't find a home of her own.

Attention, Jessica Simpson: You have competition in the attention whore department!

Ranae Shrider - who has already sworn in court that she was behind the Verne Troyer sex tape leak - is now selling stories of herself and the diminutive actor to any publication that comes knocking.

No snarky comments on our part can do justice to the following words, given to Great Britain's News of the World in an interview. So we'll just quote the gold digger directly:

On Almost Drowning Verne Troyer: "I thought it would be fun to do it in the tub. Sadly, I almost killed him. While Verne was watching TV I ran the bath, emptied a bottle of bubbles in it and called him in. But the bubbles were so thick and high that once he climbed in he got lost under the water and I couldn't see him.

In news as shocking as that of Kristy Morgan nude appearing in Playboy next month, it's been revealed that Ranae Shrider was behind the leaking of her sex video with the tiny actor.

In a signed a declaration filed in federal court this week, Shrider states the tape was created with her video camera and she gave permission to celebrity gossip site TMZ to air it.

As a result, the judge allowed TMZ to reinstate the post featuring snippets of the tape. Check it out NOW!

Ranae Shrider wanted the world to know she was having sex with Verne Troyer. Greed and insecurity can make people do crazy things.

Might Ranae Shrider have leaked her sex tape with Verne Troyer out of vengeance, as opposed narcissism?

In an interview with In Touch Weekly, Shrider said she was hurt that Troyer tried to kept their romance secret.

"He told me he would only tell people he had a girlfriend if they asked, and he hoped nobody would. If you were in a committed relationship, wouldn't you want people to know? It seems bizarre."

It's bizarre, indeed, Ranae. Almost as bizarre as willingly having sex on tape with a midget in the first place, regardless of whether or not you thought the video might be leaked.

Despite appearances and sex videos, all was not well in the relationship between Ranae Shrider and Verne Troyer.

So much for being a public Love Guru.

Verne Troyer has successfully shut down the distribution of his sex tape, at least for now.

After celebrity gossip websiteTMZ posted a revolting 25-second snipped of the video last week, a federal judge granted a temporary restraining order requested by Troyer's attorneys.

The Verne Troyer sex tape starred Ranae Shrider and, possibly, this dog.

Moreover, the ruling prevents any attempt by an adult film distributor from taking orders for the full 50-minute video, as U.S. District Judge Philip Gutierrez wrote that Troyer's motion "demonstrated that he will suffer irreparable harm to his reputation" if the tape is distributed.

You know, the same way Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton and Pamela Anderson saw their career fall apart after filming a sex video.

"Mr. Troyer is extremely distraught by the recent exploitation of his private life," Troyer's publicist, Melissa Bergera, wrote in a statement released to the Associated Press.

What, did you think the Verne Troyer sex tape was the first time this diminutive actor was caught on camera being kissed by Ranae Shrider?

Get with it!

These two have been mugging it up in public for years. Or at least weeks.

Verne Troyer has filed a $20 million lawsuit against one of the better known celebrity gossip websites on the Internet.

The Love Guru star says TMZ violated his rights by publishing and airing snippets of his sex tape.

The suit was filed in U.S. District Court in downtown L.A., as Troyer claims TMZ violated his privacy rights, while infringing on his copyright and trademark by running portions of the tape on TMZ TV and TMZ.com.

Verne Troyer says the sex tape was stolen, mysteriously ending up in the hands of Kevin Blatt, the dude that distributed "One Night in Paris."

Here's the problem with the lawsuit and accusation of video theft:

Ranae Shrider has been identified as the woman who willingly boinked Mini-Me on tape -- and there's a photo  (taken before the release of her filmed tryst with Troyer) of her alongside Paris Hilton, the very woman that starred in "One Night in Paris" and has a relationship with Blatt.
