That didn't take long.

Just days after her split with Nick Lachey, Vanessa Minnillo has reportedly moved, at least for a few hours on Saturday night.

According to sources at Radar Online, the former MTV VJ made out with with actor Topher Grace at Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane’s Los Angeles home over the weekend.

MacFarlane was hosting a party that included an outdoor casino, around which Minnillo and Grace were spotted flirting, whispering to one another and exchanging phone numbers.

"Before long they were on the dance floor and putting the ‘dirty’ in dirty dancing," a witty witness said. "Vanessa took off her shoes and held them in one hand, wrapping her other arm around Topher’s neck and the next thing we knew she was kissing him on the neck! They [later] started making out right on the dance floor!”

Around 1:30 a.m. the pair left the party... together!

Somewhere, Lachey is penning the lyrics to his latest soul-crushing ballad. Sorry, dude.

The former Mr. Jessica Simpson, Nick Lachey, and girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo have split up, according to reports. They'd been together almost three years.

"It was an amicable break-up. They walk away from it still friends," says a source quoted by Us Weekly who is reportedly close to the hot couple.

Adds another source to the same celebrity gossip tabloid, "They still care about each other very much. This is what's best for both of them."

The couple hooked up in 2006 - the year after Lachey split from Jessica Simpson. In 2007, Minnillo said she wanted to have kids with Lachey.

They always seemed like such a nice couple and we are sad they broke up. Poor Nick. Maybe he can reunite with Jessica on her new reality show.

She might not be shopping for her own engagement ring, like Kim Kardashian.

But Vanessa Minnillo is already making plans for one.

In an interview with journalist columnist Robin Leach, the longtime girlfriend of Nick Lachey pointed to a 5-carat ring and said:

"It will be 10 carats when it moves to the fourth finger!"

Minnillo was laughing when she said it... but 10 carats?!? Such a piece of jewelery would weigh more than the breasts of Lachey's ex-wife, Jessica Simpson.

Overall, the former MTV VJ assures her two dozen fans that the "romance is still going strong. There will always be rumblings and rumors that we've broken up, but in fact, it's very much still on – and it keeps on getting better."

Hey, Vanessa, remember when you were caught on camera being railed by your boyfriend? That was funny.

The sultry singer - who always came across as a very nice, down-to-earth guy on the original reality relationship show, Newlyweds - was likely cheated on by Jessica Simpson. He also had to endure life with Crazy Joe Simpson as a father-in-law.

Now, a new report in The New York Post says long-time girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo is following Jessica's immoral lead.

Witnesses claim Minnillo was spotted at the SLS hotel in Los Angeles this week, "hanging out in a private cabana all night" with 90210 star Matt Lanter.

"Vanessa definitely wasn't with Nick. She sat on Matt's lap and really close to him for two hours at the party. He looks like a younger version of Nick," the source told the quasi-reliable newspaper.

Lanter and Minnillo appeared together in the 2008 comedy Disaster Movie.
