The Golden Sisters are at it again.

But this time, instead of viewing the Kim Kardashian sex tape or reading 50 Shades of Grey in shock and horror, they are analyzing the dance world's latest trend:

Twerking!

Indeed, Miley Cyrus herself sent out the above video on Twitter ("Granny with a booty almost got it on da wiggle wiggle wiggle. #doyothangggg," she wrote along with it).

With all due respect to Miley Cyrus Twerking, classical music has been unjustly overlooked during the ascension of this suggestive new dance craze.

Typically associated with hip hop, Twerking is interpreted through a radically different genre below in an experiment designed to legitimize the art.

"Twerking to Classical," an ongoing Huffington Post series, blends web videos of twerking with the more accepted artistic mores of classical music.

The result? Nothing short of paradigm breaking.

The first installment, "Twerking to Classical," explores the dynamic between Aram Khachaturian’s Suserov Par (Saber Dance) and a series of female twerkers.

The sequel, from "Men at Twerk," combines some of the most acclaimed male Twerkers with Gioachino Rossini’s smash hit William Tell Overture.

When it comes to these guys and girls contorting, gyrating and parting like it's 1699, we can’t stop ... and we're guessing you won't be able to either.

So much for that intense Jay-Z and Miley Cyrus feud.

Based on the lyrics to the new track "somewhereinamerica" - which appear to mock Miley and state that "only in America" could someone Twerk her way to fame - it certainly sounded as if the rapper didn't have a lot of respect for the singer.

But Jay-Z engaged in a lengthy Twitter Q&A with fans yesterday and responded to a question about Cyrus with:

"Miley is a GOD."

  • Mr. Z

He also said Twerking should replace the Electric Slide at weddings.

Jay-Z takes aim at a couple of contrasting targets on his new album.

First, he disses Scott Boras because the artist stole away one of the sports agent's clients, New York Yankees second baseman Robinson Cano.

Now, based on leaked lyrics to the track "somewhereinamerica," it's pretty clear he's making fun of Miley Cyrus.

Twerking is strictly grown-up behavior, according to Wu Tang Clan co-founder RZA, who feels that there should be an age requirement for such activity.

RZA Pic

Asked by TMZ about the craze sweeping the country, RZA says he's all for it, so long as kids "don't rush the childhood ... it's the best, shortest part of your life."

The hip-hop great didn't assign a specific age cap to the arse-shaking phenomenon, so it's unclear if Miley Cyrus Twerking at 20 passes muster.

We imagine the Scripps Ranch Twerk team would be disqualified, however.

Earlier this year, 33 students at that San Diego High School were suspended for making a video in which their Twerking abilities were put on display.

What do you think? Should kids be allowed to Twerk?

Rihanna Twerking in a new Instagram video? To a Drake song no less?

Yep, that happened. Watch it in all its butt-shaking glory below ...

While not quite on par with Miley Cyrus Twerking (what is), the video posted by Rih's BFF Melissa Forde shows her gettin' FREAKY to A$AP Rocky's "F**kin' Problems."

Naturally, she's doin' her thing to Drake's verse on the hip-hop hit.

One can't help but wonder how Chris Brown might react, seeing as ...

  1. Drake is clearly Brown's arch-nemesis.
  2. It's a video of Rihanna Twerking!!
  3. Chris is no longer tapping it.

Damn, girl. Time for an extended encore.

In news that comes as a surprise and yet somehow not, Miley Cyrus' "We Can't Stop" music video has been parodied! By dogs! Singing "We Can Bark!"

The brilliance of this canine spoof is in the level detail. Take a look:

"I'm a doggie, I can do what I want," the dogs declare. "I'm a puppy, I can do what I want / I can lick what I want, bark when I want, roll where I want."

Lyrically and visually, the comparisons are obvious. Some of the best:

  • "Maltey Cyrus" ditches her collar; Miley removes her bracelet
  • A pug eats a big sandwich of money, just like some dude did
  • That weird ass skull made of fries is now made of dog treats
  • A pug licks a stuffed pug; Miley mauls a Miley-esque doll
  • Dog kibble spelling BARK; alphabet soup spelling TWERK
  • Speaking of Miley Cyrus Twerking ... the dogs hold their own
  • Neither can be tamed, in different senses of the word

Watch Miley's original, much-taked-about video below for comparison:

The Ying Yang Twins are there for you, Miley Cyrus.

Due to the singer's affection for Twerking - as noted in this amazing Miley Cyrus Twerking video - Kaine and D-Roc have written a track in honor of Miley and this butt-shaking dance.

"Our fans have been starving for some authentic twerk music. Seeing that Miley Cyrus wants to show the world she is grown by twerking, we decided to give her a little help," they said.

Britney Spears is a fan of Miley Cyrus Twerking.

So much so that she asked for lessons in that booty-shaking department after seeing the action in Miley Cyrus' "We Can't Stop" music video this week!

  • Miley Bends Over
  • Britney Spears Brunette

Britney Tweeted at Miley: "Loving your new video for #WeCantStop @MileyCyrus! Maybe you can teach me how to twerk sometime LOL ;) xo"

Miley's apparently game, replying: "We could twerk it out in exchange for u teaching me da moves 2 "slave for you" (I've been practicing for the past 10 years)."

Please, please let there be cameras rolling for that get-together. From every conceivable angle. That must be documented and preserved for all time.

Spears, who Tweeted her love for "We Can't Stop" even before there was a video featuring Miley Cyrus Twerking, is no slouch in that area herself.
