The Walking Dead Season 4 Episode 8 brought things full circle, and to the breaking point, for Rick and the Governor, and the prison versus Woodbury dynamic.

Sunday night's midseason finale was the culmination of the show's exploration of leadership, nature versus nurture, and the journey of one character in particular.

In many ways, The Walking Dead Season 4 Episode 8 felt a lot like The Walking Dead Season 3 Episode 16 reloaded, except with one obvious distinction.

Who finally met his met demise? What is the state of the prison after the violent, long-brewing clash? And who survived and scattered in its aftermath?

We won't give it away here, but it will give you plenty to discuss before the show's February return. Watch the episode again, or for the first time, below:

Last night on NCIS: Los Angeles, the morning after awkwardness ensued for Kensi and Deeks, who had a hard time knowing how to act after ... you know.

When Kensi showed up to work in the same shirt as she wore the day before, that lone would've been a giveaway, but things only got weirder from there.

Meanwhile, NCIS: Los Angeles Season 5 Episode 10 focused on a man decapitated during the theft of a thumb drive holding a plan to disarm Pakistan.

Initially, it was blamed on Indian Gurkas, but in reality, it was the Pakistani ISI who stole it. How did the LA team respond? And how did it play out with Densi?

MTV's Awkward taught us this week that words can shape people as well as destroy people, a theme that we've seen the show touch upon in the past.

As far as how that played into last night's Awkward Season 3 Episode 17, Jenna apologized to Lacey, which marked a positive step in their relationship.

"The Campaign Fail" also saw Tamara and Jake fight for the president, but the fighting soon turns personal when their speeches turn into a debate.

What went down from that point on? You can find out now.

Like New Girl and The Mindy Project on Fox's Tuesday night comedy lineup, Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 1 Episode 10 rocked Thanksgiving this week.

As you might have expected, the holiday feast held at Santiago's home featured the precinct's finest trying to make their finest impression on Captain Holt.

You can guess how that turned out! In typical fashion, it was awkward but funny.

There was also some awful cooking involved, which may have been a good thing for Terry. The starving sergeant needs food ... but not that badly.

Like New Girl in the top of the hour, FOX's The Mindy Project Season 2 Episode 10 celebrated Thanksgiving in hilarious, absurd fashion last night.

The occasion also doubled as Josh and Corinne's wedding day, with Mindy date-less until Peter stepped in, shaved his face and got the party started.

Adam Pally and Mindy Kaling, as expected, are a great comedic duo, proving the former's addition to the cast this fall is something to be thankful for.

Meanwhile, we learned more about Danny's background and saw him in a different light than we typically do. Think his father will play a role down the line?

Person of Interest followed up last week's sudden, shocking death of Carter by honoring her memory and dealing with its aftermath in Season 3 Episode 10.

Carter's funeral, set to Johnny Cash's version of NIN's "Hurt," set the tone for an hour that centered on Reese and Shaw's aggressive pursuit of Simmons.

Meanwhile, a heartbroken Finch found his world falling apart, making for some a emotional and standout performance from the great Michael Emerson.

As CBS procedural installments go, Person of Interest Season 3 Episode 10 was particularly moving, and helped establish it as one of TV's best.

Supernatural Season 9 Episode 8 featured porn stars, virgins and goddesses this week, so you knew going in that it would be a good time for the Winchesters.

Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki and an installment all about sex? CW gold.

As far as the plot was concerned, Supernatural Season 9 Episode 8 centered around an investigation into the Roman goddess of hearth. Hot, in more ways than one.

What were the best one-liners? Are Sam and Dean really game for becoming Born Again Virgins? And were any future story arcs teased on Tuesday night?

New Girl Season 3 Episode 10 was an absurd installment of the FOX hit comedy. Titled "Thanksgiving III," it sure upped the ante from the previous two years.

Feeling emasculated by Coach, Nick suggests a group camping trip on Thanksgiving to prove he's a man's man ... who brought only 96 warm beers along.

Yes, Nick insisted that the gang forage and/or kill their own food in celebration of this true American holiday. And how woefully wrong that went.

By the end, Jess was hospitalized for food poisoning, but wasn't mad at Nick at least, while Coach and Schmidt made peace and Winston was there too.

The Originals Season 1 Episode 8 was the series' darkest and bloodiest yet, and marked a major turning point for the CW's hit Vampire Diaries spinoff.

Things finally came to a head with Tyler, Rebecca, Marcel and all of his minions teaming up against Klaus, with the intention of destroying him for good.

Or at least daggering him for 52 years. In any case, it failed. He won, and The Originals Season 1 Episode 8 signified a changing of the guard.

The episode was titled "The River in Reverse," but "Everybody Hates Klaus" would have been just as appropriate, given past and present revelations.

How will relationships change now that he's in power?

That remains to be seen, but as far as last night goes, you can watch the episode online. Relive or watch the bloody installment for the first time below:

Almost Human Season 1 Episode 3, "Are You Receiving," picked up where last week's double premiere left off, introducing us to Dorian and Kennex as partners.

While there are hints of grander arcs and broader storylines in play, Almost Human Season 1 Episode 3 was mostly procedural in nature, like the first two hours.

From a plot standpoint, "Are You Receiving" centered around a hostage negotiation that put the teleplay between the two leads in a new context.

Are you liking the new series so far? Or is this destined for FOX's cancelation heap alongside other shows with great potential and subpar execution?
