Tom Brady likes operating out of the shotgun on the football field. Gisele Bundchen's bodyguards seem to like operating them as well - against paparazzi.

That's the allegation of a federal lawsuit by a couple of celebrity gossip photographers who claim they were under fire - literally - from her security team.

The men claim they were shot at while attempting to cover the sexy pair's April wedding. Who says everyone who works in gossip just sits around in PJs?

Echoing allegations made at the time of the soiree, Yuri Cortes and Rolando Aviles claim that they were shaken down by Tom and Gisele's security detail.

After managing to escape, the photographers fled in their SUV.

They look so nice. But step back or they'll have you SHOT!!!!!!

That's when the guards opened fire, allegedly, which blew out the car's back window and "narrowly missed striking" the celebrity gossip photographers.

Sounds like a pretty traumatic experience, and forwhat purpose? Not even a glimpse of Gisele Bundchen nude is worth that. Well, probably not anyway.

The photographers and their fellow plaintiff, the Agence France-Presse, are seeking at least $1 million in damages. Tom and Gisele had no comment.

In other news involving NFL stars and shootings, Plaxico Burress, late of the New York Giants, was handed a two-year prison sentence today. Ouch.

Tom Brady has finally confirmed the good news:

He has seen Gisele Bundchen nude at least once!

In an interview with ESPN's Chris Berman airing Sunday, the 32-year-old New England Patriots quarterback reveals that the couple are expecting.

They married earlier this year after several years of dating. Then he got Gisele Bundchen pregnant almost immediately and she's due in December.

While Brady said he would happily attend Lamaze classes with Bundchen, he will do so with the following caveat: "I told her no Sundays," he joked.

"It couldn't be harder than training camp, so I'll be prepared."

Gisele tries to hide her Tom Brady baby bump. Pretty successfully, too!

Noting that "the women are the ones who have to do the work," he adds, "We just have to be there to support them and so it'll be nice to do that."

Quite a grounded fellow for a star with three Super Bowl titles who is married to one of the planet's wealthiest and most beautiful models, isn't he?

Their child will be the first for Gisele and the second for Brady, who is dad to 2-year-old John Edward Thomas with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.

While it was pretty much confirmed that Gisele was knocked up already, this is the first comment straight from either of the lucky, beautiful parties.

Congratulations to the expecting couple! Tom's Patriots are preparing to clobber the Bills tomorrow night, while Gisele is preparing to ... um, be hot?

Tom Brady has a tough job, what with a yearlong recovery from a blown-out knee, and with 300-pound linemen trying to squash him and everything.

He also sees Gisele Bundchen nude for life, so it's hard to be sympathic.

Still, there is little doubt that despite his status as football's golden boy, not everything goes according to plan for the New England Patriots star.

Brady, who started dating Gisele weeks after splitting with Moynahan, says that the smoking hot couple's first date was set up by a mutual friend.

"This friend told me he knew a girl version of me," Tom Brady says.

"And he said to me he'd found a boy version of me," she chimed in.

Nauseously cute, aren't they? The relationship clicked, and the couple tied the knot last April. Bundchen is now pregnant with their first child.

What does life hold next? Who knows, but he's ready for it all.

"Somehow our American culture has made it out exactly what life needs to be – and that if it's not that, it's all screwed up," Brady says.

"But it's not. You go through life and you try the best you can."

Today's featured celebrity birthdays offer a little something for the guys as well as for the ladies. Happy birthday to Tom Brady (32) and Evangeline Lilly (30)!

In February 2008, Brady and his New England Patriots lost to the New York Giants in Super Bowl XLII. Last fall, he hurt his knee and missed the entire year.

Not that you can tell Bundchen is knocked up in the photos below, nor has she come out and confirmed that she and her husband Tom are expecting. But that is the rumor going around, and it hasn't been denied in like two weeks!

Despite similar rumors arising all spring that her camp has gone out of its way to deny, Gisele Bundchen is pregnant and "ecstatic," according to People.

She is supposedly due early next year.

Speculation has grown since pictures showing the supermodel in Brazil this week surfaced showing what seems to be a perceptible baby bump.

The Brazilian stunner and New England Patriots quarterback husband, Tom Brady, were married twice this Spring – first in a ceremony in Los Angeles February 26, then exchanging vows before friends in early April at her Costa Rica home.

Rumors that Tom got Gisele Bundchen pregnant have persisted ever since.

"Gisele will be an excellent mother," a source says. "She's always wanted kids." Reps for Bundchen reached for confirmation refused to comment.

Is Tom Brady celebrating a successful decision to go for two ... babies?

“Family is everything," Bündchen, 28, said last month. "I think family is the base to everything. I think that is one of the things I’m most grateful for. I have a lot to be grateful for but I think that's definitely number one.”

Another source close to the couple says, "You know Gisele and Tom are just enjoying themselves, being married and just doing their thing."

When he's not falling into the river, that is.

Anyway, congratulations, we guess! We've heard this story so many times, it's hard to say with confidence that Gisele Bundchen is pregnant, but here's hoping!

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady suffered his most embarrassing athletic moment since losing Super Bowl XLII to the underdog New York Giants.

The NFL star fell out of a kayak in the Charles River in Brookline, Mass., and had to be fished out by an elementary school teacher, 7 News Boston reports.

Tom Brady was with wife Gisele Bundchen and a pal at the time.

"We were tying up our boat to a buoy and the boat boy came over and said 'You are never going to guess who is on the Charles renting kayaks right now' and he said 'Want to go check it out?' I said 'yeah,'" local school teacher Robin Leeds said.

Maybe Tom Brady should stick to football.

But when the pair got close to Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen, they realized the quarterback had fallen in the river. Leads helped Brady into her boat.

"I actually asked him why he fell in. He said he was racing one of his friends. It was Tom, Gisele and his friend. So he was racing his friend," she said.

Afterward, Leeds asked for a photo with Brady, who replied, "Of course! You saved my life." No word on whether those pregnancy rumors came up.

Leeds adds that the three-time Super Bowl winner was "really friendly," and also "really appreciative that we fished him out of the Charles."

That's nice to hear. Then again, if you got to see Gisele Bundchen nude every single night, you would be grateful you didn't drown as well.

It's okay, guys. You can go back to thinking that Tom Brady has never Gisele Bundchen naked.

Now that the star quarterback has shot down rumors that his wife is pregnant, we can stop hating the guy. After all, three Super Bowl titles and the eternal affection of one of the world's greatest sports cities is enough.

Does Brady really need to remind us that he goes home and nails Gisele every night, as well?!?

When reporters asked the New England Patriots star about the pregnancy rumors this week, Brady shook his head and said, "No." He added that "one is enough," referring to his son, John, with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.

We think we know why Tom Brady is smiling. It has something to do with the beauty on his left.

Absence has made the heart grow fonder for Tom Brady.

This is true in the case of football, in which the last full game the star QB played was a stunning, completely awesome loss to the New York Giants in Super Bowl XLII.

More importantly, it is true when it comes to fatherhood.

The New England Patriots quarterback is sharing custody of his 1½-year-old son John Edward Thomas with his ex, Bridget Moynahan, and says that arrangement makes the limited time with his young son all that much more important.

"I don't see him every day, and we play when I change his diaper: lifting his leg up, playing with his toes, biting his feet," Tom Brady tells Sports Illustrated.

"There's a different appreciation. If you had him every day, you'd go, 'Let's just get this done.' But, say, one week a month, you're like, 'This is so cool!'"

Brady, who is rumored to have gotten his new wife Gisele Bundchen pregnant already, says he also missed football when he was recovering from a knee injury.

"When I was playing every week, I bitched about the little things," says Brady. "Like, God, we've got to go outside today? It's raining! … Or, why do we have a meeting at 7:30 to talk about everything we've already talked about? Geez!"

"When you're not playing, you realize you would [gladly] do any of that."

As for his future, Tom Brady says his goals are simple: Play football the best he can, see Gisele Bundchen nude, spend time with his son and enjoy life.

Okay, we paraphrased that quote, but we doubt it's incorrect.

Look out, adorable celebrity babies of the world: a new, cute contender is reportedly on the way.

According to Radar Online, Gisele Bundchen is pregnant.

The super model and husband Tom Brady - who wed in California in February and then again in a small ceremony in Costa Rica in April - are set to welcome their first child as a couple.

No other details are available at this time. Brady has a son with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan, along with three Super Bowl rings and a rebuilt left knee.

If a new report is true, it would mean Tom Brady has seen Gisele Bundchen nude at least once. Damn him.
