Celebrities Implicated in Steroid Scandal

Curtis JacksonA slew of celebrities, many of them from the world of hip hop, have been implicated in an enormous steroid scandal that makes the rear end on Kim Kardashian look small.

According to The Times Union of Albany, the following names have been linked to the performance enhancing drug bust:

  • 50 Cent
  • Tyler Perry
  • Mary J. Blige
  • Timbaland
  • Wyclef Jean
  • Sylvestor Stallone

Now, we've seen a few minutes of Tyler Perry's House of Payne - and if the dude is on drugs, they certainly aren't enhancing the performance of this awful sitcom.

The newspaper cites information from "several cooperating witnesses" in the investigation, stating:

"Blige and other stars were shipped prescribed human growth hormone or steroids - sometimes under fictitious names - at hotels, productions studios, private residences, an upscale Manhattan fitness club and through the Long Island office of Michael Diamond, a chiropractor affiliated with the celebrities."

However, the article also reads: "Law enforcement officials have said they have no evidence in their sprawling multi-state probe that customers, including Blige or other entertainers, violated any laws."

Britney Spears Update: Meeting With Lawyers, Courted By American Idol, Bashed By Timbaland

Her appearance at the MTV Video Music awards left Britney Spears' comeback up in the air. But the "star" seems intent on putting custody issues to rest.

Spears attended a meeting with Federline and his lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, Wednesday. The exes arrived at offices of Spears' attorney, Laura Wasser.

The meeting fell on son Jayden James' first birthday and five days before they are due to face each other before a family court judge on Monday.

The meeting was Britney Spears' idea, according to a source close to her.

"Britney asked for [the meeting]. She wants to put an end to this public debacle," says a Spears source. "However, Kevin [has] refused. He needs more money so he's determined to win this."

Court documents released August 30 show that Spears' income is an incredible $737,868 a month and that Kevin Federline receives $20,000 a month in spousal support, but has no "net income after business expenses."

A source close to FedEx confirmed the meeting, but said that Federline was not - as is speculated - drawing out the process due to financial self-interest.

"He's not going for additional child support in the court papers that were filed. It's not about the money," says the insider.

When asked if Britney Spears was hoping to settle, the Kevin Federline source retorted: "She might settle, she's got stage fright."

Britney PartiesTrain (Wreck) Conductor

Britney Spears' Las Vegas weekend featured eight party-hopping nightclub excursions and one epically disastrous nationally televised dance number.

Could she have avoided sych public embarrassment? According to a report in the The New York Times, the singer's record label, Jive, was reluctant to put her on stage, until one of her lawyers, Gary Stiffelman, advised otherwise.

Meanwhile, American Idol, which specialize in turning embarrassments around, reportedly wants to do the same for Spears, according to FOX News.

Timbaland to Scott Storch: You're a B!tch

Hip-hop artist and producers Timbaland left little doubt who inspired his combative song, "Give It to Me," at club Marquee the other night, when he announced to the shocked crowd, "Scott Storch is a bitch!"

He Tells it Like it is

Eloquent, Timbaland. Eloquent.

Scott Storch, the producer who has worked with Beyoncé, 50 Cent and Jessica Simpson, among other hacks, used to be pals with Timbaland.

But they had a falling-out. Timbaland's "Give It to Me," featuring Justin Timberlake and Nelly Furtado, contains lyrics thought to refer to Storch:

"I get a half a mil for my beats/You get a couple grand. Never gonna see the day that I ain't got the upper hand. I'm respected from Californ-i-a way down to Japan. I'm a real producer and you just a piano man."

Scott, you just got Storched, my friend. All we know is that someone has to get The Game involved in this somehow, in order for it to be a real hip-hop feud.

Reps for Timbaland have claimed the song is not about anyone particular in the industry, but he made liars out of them when he jumped on Marquee's turntables last week.

Celebrating after his show with Justin Timberlake at the Meadowlands, Timbaland was given a microphone and started improvising, clubgoers told the New York Post. Rapping along to his lyrics, Timbaland yelled, "Scott Storch, I'm a real producer and you just a piano man."

The crowd was "shocked," said Post spies. "But when he called Storch 'a bitch,' that pretty much cleared up any confusion over who that song is about."

Storch released his own single via YouTube in March, "Built Like That," in which he lashed out against his one-time ally for stealing the producing credits on Timberlake's "Cry Me a River," a scathing track (about Britney Spears) on which Storch worked but was not credited.

In his rebuttal, Storch raps about Timbaland's pal Nate "Danja" Hills:

"Your boy Danja got to hate you with a passion, man/He makes the hits while you taking all the credit, damn! I know the feeling, I'm with ya/Won't you tell them how I made that [bleep] 'Cry Me a River.'"

Why don't you cry us a river, Scott Storch. Punk ass.

Timbaland Wants to Save the World. And Britney Spears.

Britney Spears may have her share of critics, and the depressed, fallen pop star certainly has addictions and other personal issues to address.

But she's still got people in her corner. Estranged husband Kevin Federline has been trying to get her help for weeks, and has stood by her in rehab.

Now, we can count producer Timbaland and his BFF, Brit's former boyfriend Justin Timberlake, among those who want to help the bald and beleaguered star resurrect her career.

Just Help Her, Man!

Timbaland (right) has approached Timberlake about working with Spears on a comeback project, and her ex has agreed to lend a hand.

The rapper and producer - real name Timothy Mosley - tells Entertainment Weekly magazine, "I feel her pain, it really bothers me.

"I'm the type of person who tries to save the world," he said. "I just want to take her away, go overseas, and work (it) out."

Save the world? Isn't that a little extreme? Wanting to help the mother of Jayden James is nice and all, but it doesn't exactly make you Bono, Timbaland. Come on.

In any case, Timbaland says he invited Timberlake, whom he calls his "best friend," to work with him to help Spears.

"I asked Justin," Timbaland recalls. "'How would you feel about me working with Britney?' I had to ask him that. I said, 'Would you do it with me?'"

JT, who has been publicly supportive of his ex, agreed on one condition:

"She's just gotta be serious."

No stipulations about a dick in a box, fortunately.

Spears, has clearly lost her mind over the past few months, is seeking treatment at a drug and rehabilitation center in California after two prior failed efforts to get clean.

"I just want to hold her hand," Timbaland said. "I want her to be in my camp, to be around Justin. I need Justin to talk to her. Help her, please!"
