The Voice Battle Rounds have begun. Blind Auditions were so last week.

While always awesome, the Battle Rounds' flaw in past seasons was that after a truly epic duet, one of the two participants would be sent home immediately.

This season, the judges are allowed to "steal" two battle losers from the other teams, keeping them alive. We love it. On to the head-to-head action from Monday!

Amanda Brown vs. Trevin Hunte - "Vision of Love" (Team Cee Lo)

The Voice's Blind Auditions have come to an end at last.

Four teams of 16 have now advanced. Yep, 16. The bigger rosters made the opening round drag on a bit toward the end, but the coaches still entertained throughout.

All four coaches added their final two team members last night, with the Battle Rounds set to begin next week. Let's take a look at who made it though Monday ...

Team Adam Levine

Adam, picked up Caitlin Michele, a 20-year-old whose "Cosmic Love" wowed him enough to turn around, and Kayla Nevarez, whose "American Boy" also intrigued Xtina:

Does Cassadee Pope have an unfair advantage on The Voice based on the fact that, well, she already fronts a band that used to tour with Fallout Boy?

Not according to the 22-year-old Hey Monday singer.

"I definitely think going on tour and performing a lot has really helped me, but the same could be said for everyone else who has ever played shows," she told reporters Wednesday.

On the heels of news that NBC renewed The Voice for two more seasons came another round of blind auditions Tuesday. While the process is starting to drag, these singers made up for it.

In particular, Cassadee Pope made up for it.

Team Blake Shelton

Cassadee's powerhouse rendition of "Torn" got all four judges to turn around in rapid succession, a bit surprising given how discerning they've seemed with other capable vocalists.

Pope, who once toured with Fall Out Boy, ultimately went with Blake.

NBC has a (rare) hit on its hands and it knows a good thing when it sees it. Well, except when picking 95 percent of its non-comedy or reality pilots. Anyway:

The Voice has been renewed for two more seasons!

If you remembered Jordan Pruitt from her Disney days even before she was introduced Monday night on The Voice ... you maybe need to get out more. But we did too, we confess.

Fittingly, her rendition of “The One That Go Away" landed her on Team Christina:

Despite being only 21, Pruitt's been around awhile. Her debut single, "Outside Looking In" was released to promote the Disney Channel TV film Read It and Weep back in 2006!

She's recorded with the Jonas Brothers and toured with the Cheetah Girls and Demi Lovato, though she's looking to The Voice to re-launch her career here in 2012.

Think she's got a shot?
