Sonja Morgan brought the insanity on The Real Housewives of New York City Season 6 Episode 8, even more than usual and exceeding her high standards.

It's hard to tell if Ramona Singer is secretly (or not so secretly) taking pleasure in Sonja's recent misfortunes, but her concern for Morgan may be legitimate.

Woman is acting straight up cray lately ... like whoa.

Every time Sonja rambles on and on about grandiose plans for toaster ovens, lingerie lines and what have you, she sounds more and more unhinged.

Ramona, of course, helps matters by informing everyone that Sonja's house is about to be sold out from underneath her. That's the mark of a great friend.

The Real Housewives of New York City Season 6 Episode 8 ended up being a lot of drinking, eating and gossip, which in our case means celebrity gossip.

That's what these people are right now, for better or worse ... so when Ramona tosses a plate of food into the pool at a party, that's a good news story!

An emotional two-page letter to reality star Ramona Singer from her husband's mistress, Kasey Dexter, reads a lot like the plot of The Other Woman.

Dexter wrote to The Real Housewives of New York City star attempting to explain her side of the scandal that threatened to end Ramona and Mario.

Ramona

“Kasey wrote it 'cause she wants Ramona to know that they’re both being manipulated by Mario,” a source close to Kasey tells the new issue of In Touch.

Just weeks ago, Ramona welcomed Mario back home, a scene likely to play out on TV if you watch The Real Housewives of New York City online soon enough.

But is he sincere in wanting to be there? The source dished, “Mario keeps telling Kasey that he doesn’t love Ramona and begging her to wait for him.”

Kasey writes in the note, “Every time I tell him I have to move on he reminds me of how good our sex life is." But she's not throwing that in her face, she says.

Instead, she just wants to make it clear to Ramona Singer where she thinks they stand, so she knows who she's taking back and what she's in for.

"I know you probably don’t believe me, but I was under the impression that Mario was leaving you,” she goes on in the alleged letter, which appears below.

Kasey continues in the letter saying, "I love him, but do not want to continue to be involved unless you are out of his life. If not, I'm going to let him go."

Real? Fake? You be the judge ...

Tuesday night's The Real Housewives of New York City Season 6 Episode 7 saw an epic battle waged for Bravo's undisputed title of Queen of Crazy.

Among the NYC set, that is. Kenya Moore and Porsha Williams still win overall.

The contenders: Aviva Drescher and Ramona Singer, who showed she's got plenty left and is not ready to relinquish her googly-eyed crown anytime soon.

Aviva Drescher, though, is making a play for biggest, most unstable pot-stirrer.

When Kristen Taekman decided to tell her "friend" that she didn't want to get in the middle of the fight between her and Carole Radziwill, how did she react?

By chastising her co-star for allegedly being hostile in front of the children, obviously ... then snapping at Kristen to "shut the f--k up" shortly thereafter.

You've got to watch The Real Housewives of New York City online to see it.

The Real Housewives of New York City star Sonja Morgan, is broke. She's also basically homeless since she's renting her Upper East Side townhome to the tune of $25,000 a month to make ends meet.

And that $25,000 a month?

Yeah, that only covers the property taxes on the home and doesn't even make a dent in the millions the former wife of heir to J.P. Morgan supposedly owes the government.

Morgan, Sonja

While scenes for RHONY are being shot in the apartment, Sonja's "interns" seem to be the ones who actually live there.

The five-story, five-bedroom home, which contains a gym, sauna, and garden, is a gorgeous place, but Sonja Morgan just can't afford to keep living there.

She's trying - and failing - to maintain a high-class profile but her financial and legal woes are making that difficult.

Last night's The Real Housewives of New York Season 6 Episode 6 shaped up to be a battle royale between Heather Thomson and Aviva Drescher.

Even by their standards.

If you asked any fan to watch The Real Housewives of New York City online and tell you which of the two they felt was more insane, Aviva would win.

Typically, that is.

Heather Thomson and Aviva Drescher

Heather made a strong case for bad taste and general off-her-rocker behavior this week, though and only helped Aviva play the victim card convincingly.

So what happened on The Real Housewives of New York City Season 6 Episode 6? It began with an Aviva and Heather make-up, sans any real making up.

After Heather invited Aviva to her 10-year anniversary party as a peace offering, Aviva said yes, only to have Heather uninvite her later. Via text, natch.

Oof. She just felt that it was "too soon" and not a good place to move forward with things ... "holla!" Now that's a great way to end an uninvited text.

With a failed talk show under her belt, SkinnyGirl Bethenny Frankel will NOT be returning to The Real Housewives of New York City.

The experience, she says, was like "Vietnam War flashbacks."

You know, the one where 58,209 Americans lost their lives? Yeah. That's what she says being on RHONY was like.

Bethenny Frankel on The Real Housewives of New York City GIF

During the same interview wherein Bethenny admitted that she failed as a talk show host, she admitted that part of the reason for the show's failure was that she felt stifled on the air.

"I like to be free," she said. "I don't plan on what I'm going to say."

Judging the Vietnam War comment, that's a pretty accurate statement there Bethenny.

The Real Housewives of New York City Season 6 Episode 5 was all about Aviva Drescher and some personal demons she waited decades to confront.

Sounds ominous, doesn't it? What do we mean exactly? Read on ...

Aviva's childhood friend Becky Morgan reached out to her, and while this happens all the time on reality shows, this friend played a key role in Aviva's life.

It was Becky who was playing side by side with her on the Morgan family farm the day that she stumbled into a conveyor belt that would take her leg.

If you watch The Real Housewives of New York City online, you are likely familiar with Aviva's handicap and how resilient she's been in spite of it.

What you likely didn't know was how much guilt Becky has been carrying since that day. As Aviva tells us, she was the one who wanted to play on the thing.

So when Aviva decided to meet up, see the old farm and confront her demons face to face, you knew you were in for an emotional blast from the past.

Tuesday night's The Real Housewives of New York City Season 6 Episode 4 saw the gang head off to the Hamptons for some drama-free rest and relaxation.

Yeah, right.

Most of us commoners know that if you're in the midst of a huge beef with someone, perhaps the best idea is not to go get drunk with them in the Hamptons.

Then again, most of us commoners aren't on reality shows, and no one would watch The Real Housewives of New York City online if we were. So there.

On The Real Housewives of New York City Season 6 Episode 4, Sonja Morgan does not actually know what burlesque is, but we'll forgive her that.

Whether others are as forgiving after the confrontation that went down at Lu's is another story altogether. And it's the same old story, folks: BookGate.

The Real Housewives of New York City Season 6 Episode 3 featured a major dose of Kristen Taekman, and fans seeing the new wife more than ever before.

Turns out she's a lot less predictable than thought, and she's got a temper!

We suppose that's not a big surprise. Would fans watch The Real Housewives of New York City online if she were some boring, demure and classy chick?

Kristen was enlisted by her husband to do an all-terrain road race that required her to compete hardcore and get dirty doing it. She was not a big fan.

Both Kristen's husband and Heather Thomson promised not to leave her side during the event, which they did, and which she was far from pleased about.

After she cramped up, her friends and husband completed the race ahead of her, which is admittedly no fun, but her reaction? Not exactly laid back.

To say the absolute least.

The Real Housewives of New York City Season 6 Episode 2 asked the time-honored question: Does being on a Bravo show make you a real writer?

Brandi Glanville would argue yes. Carole Radziwill? Probably not. Since unlike every other unreal housewife on the network, she actually is a writer!

It's not Brandi who brings this to the forefront, of course, but Aviva Drescher, who recently secured a book deal simply because she's on the reality show.

Naturally, this sets up this week's primary RHONY beef: Carole vs. Aviva.

The combination of resentment and Aviva's utter lack of self-awareness is classic. "Writing is fun!" Aviva says, or "like jamming out a long e-mail!"

Hey, she can Tweet, and a publisher just gave her money. Suck it, haters.
