The time has finally come for Joe and Teresa Giudice to face the music.

After being convicted of bankruptcy fraud back in March, the Giudices have reportedly been awaiting their sentencing with a mix of fear and optimism.

Giudices Go to Court

Their sentencing was delayed following the death of Joe Giudice's father, then a second time when Joe And Teresa's lawyers requested still more time from the judge.

But now that the end is near and the Giudice's face the final curtain, they're said to be coming to terms with the fact that they may both wind up behind bars for well over a year.

Perhaps even worse, Joe Giudice expects to be deported after his sentence and he's uncertain if his family will join him in his return to Italy.

It's looking more and more as though Teresa Giudice will be headed to prison after she's sentenced for several counts of fraud on October 2.

Even though the Jersey Housewife still thinks she won't get locked up, and has described the prospect of prison as "too terrifying to think about" she's still determined to enjoy her final days of freedom...Jersey style.

Teresa Giudice: Telling It Like It Is

No, she's not binge-watching The Sopranos in her best Ed Hardy cocktail dress. She's clubbin'. Hard.

Radar Online reports that Joe and Teresa Giudice hosted a raging "Stay Strong" party over the weekend in Parsippany (the Atlantic City of northern New Jersey).

Witnesses report that the Giudices appeared to be in "great moods," and didn't seem the least bit concerned about the possibility of being tossed in the slammer before the week is out.

If you watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey online, you know that Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice are awaiting sentencing on fraud charges.

Not trial, sentencing. There have been guilty pleas to felony charges, and Joe also pleaded to an additional count of failure to file income taxes.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member Lisa Vanderpump feels their pain for some reason, and says she couldn't help but reach out.

"I have called her because I can only imagine, it has to be a nightmare to be in the midst of that," she told E! News. "She's always been a lovely woman."

"I know that from first-hand experience."

She has? You do?

On Sunday night's The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 Episode 11, a tropical storm tore through Florida and left few survivors in its wake.

In a manner of speaking, of course.

It's not only when you watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey online. Every Real Housewives vacation anywhere is meant to stir up two things:

  1. Funny fish-out-of-water imagery
  2. Epic fights

This time, the scenery of Boca Raton, Florida, wasn't exotic enough for the humor of the O.C. ladies' trip to Bali, but Jim Marchese sure delivered on #2.

Relieved and cancer-free, Amber Marchese decided she and her hubby would come to Florida on The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 Episode 11.

They came, and with a vengeance.

This weekend on The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 Episode 11, the girls' trip to Florida takes a dirty, dirty turn. Just downright filthy.

When they decide to share things that no one else knows about them, Melissa Gorga revealed that she has no clue what a golden shower means.

Or a pearl necklace, for that matter.

Allow Dina Manzo to educate you on that topic, Melissa, because unlike some of her cast members, she loves her some porn. For the decor, obviously.

Who knew Melissa had never heard of that lewd bedroom act, or the term for urinating on someone, which she thought was just peeing in the shower.

So innocent, that Mrs. Gorga.

If that weren't enough of a reason to watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey online this weekend, there's a lot more drama in store down in Florida.

After months of uncertainty, it now seems that Joe Giudice will serve prison time following his conviction on several counts of fraud back in March.

Joe and his wife Teresa both pled guilty in hopes of receiving a lighter sentence, but while sources indicate that Teresa may get off with house arrest, Joe was reportedly informed by his lawyers this week that prison is inevitable.

Teresa, Joe Giudice

"Joe is in the final stages of working out a plea deal in the forged driver's license case," an insider tells Radar Online. "He will be allowed to serve time concurrently with time in the fraud case."

"He's doing time for sure. There will be no probation in both cases. The only uncertainty is about how much time Joe will actually serve."

Joe's first round of sentencing is scheduled for October 2. He could face up to four years behind bars.

When you watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey online, you may get the impression that Teresa and Joe Giudice are still doing pretty well for themselves, despite their recent legal issues.

The Giudices Leave Court

And who could blame you? The Giudices have gone to great lengths to keep up appearances. Teresa even borrowed a $2,500 handbag to go house hunting on last week's episode.

Sources say Teresa's goal was to look wealthy to real estate agents, even though her bankruptcy and credit issues have been all over the news.

Unfortunately for the Giudices, the folks showing homes in New Jersey have Internet access and know just as much about Teresa and Joe's sketchy past as the rest of us.

The ploy didn't work, and Teresa is reportedly having no luck downsizing to a smaller house.

Sure, Teresa and Joe Giudice may be headed to prison, but that doesn't they gotta live like a couple of shnooks, ya know? What is this the end of Goodfellas?!

Yes, Teresa is still living the high life as she awaits sentencing on fraud charges that could land her behind bars for 28 months.

The Giudices are selling their $4 million mansion and seeking out humbler digs, but Teresa clearly has no plans to give up the high life.

Teresa Giudice on The Real Housewives

The highest-paid Jersey Housewife went house hunting with her daughters on the most recent episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, and eagle-eyed viewers noted that the Valentino handbag she was sporting retails for about $2,500!

Bold move for a woman who owes millions to her creditors, but it turns out Teresa may not be living as high on the hog as she'd like us to think:

Jacqueline Laurita returned to Bravo on Sunday's The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 Episode 10, and she is back with a vengeance.

Her comeback dovetailed with the drama surrounding Teresa Giudice, whom Jacque says she reached out to twice recently, but received little response.

"You are weighing heavily on my mind," said Laurita, reading to former housewife Kathy Wakile one of the lengthy text messages she had sent Giudice.

"You were like a sister to me," she went on. "I wish I could be there to hug you."

Teresa's reply: "Thank you for thinking of me and my family. Kisses."

"When you pour your heart out and all you get is, 'Thank you. Kisses,' that's closing the book for me," said Wakile on The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 Episode 10.

Still Jacque remained somewhat sympathetic and supportive.

Joe and Teresa Giudice have got problems.

They might both be headed to prison soon, which obviously has them worried about how to provide for their four daughters in the coming years.

Teresa Giudice and Family

So Joe and Teresa are selling their $4 million dollar mansion in Jersey, a move they probably should've made months ago, as they might get locked up as early as October 2.

Why did they wait, you ask? Well, for the same reason they do just about everything - to keep up appearances!

Yes, Teresa apparently insisted that the sale of the house be delayed until after filming for the sixth season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey had ended. Riiiight, because that way they'll be able to keep it a secret.
