Wesley Warren, a man famous for his 132-pound scrotum and who starred on a TLC show called The Man with the 132-Pound Scrotum, has died.

He passed away from a non-scrotum health issue, reports indicate.

Wesley Warren passed away on Friday after suffering two heart attacks in 2014. He had been hospitalized for five and a half weeks prior to his death.

He was only 49.

Warren's friend told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that his diabetes led to the prolonged hospitalization, and he suffered the heart attacks while there.

Prior to his surgery last summer to remove the 132-pound scrotum, he used to wear hooded sweatshirts as pants as a makeshift scrotum sling.

Wesley Warren, the star at the center of what many believed to be a nauseating TLC special last month, appeared yesterday on The Doctors and shocked the audience... with a regular-sized scrotum!

Thanks to surgeon Joel Gelman, who was on hand for the episode and who removed excess tissue from Warren's testicles, the much-maligned reality star joked that he feels a lot "lighter" and then went into detail about his former condition.

Watch the interview with Warren now and be grateful that your eyes are no longer drawn to his unusually large crotch:

  • Due to his condition, Warren wears extra large hooded sweatshirts upside down as pants.
  • He still hopes to find love, telling the camera: “There are so-called ‘chubby chasers’ out there, I suppose. Maybe I’ll meet somebody that’s blind.”
  • Warren reacted to numerous false news reports, such as one claiming he only has one testicle and another that accused him of having a fame addition, including with it the line: He is addicted to the fame his giant nut sack brings.
  • He must use a poo bucket at times.
