Following her debacle of a performance on Saturday Night Live, the music career of Lana Del Rey is at a standstill.

But that doesn't mean the song for which she's best known, "Video Games," is a complete waste, at least not when Second City comedian Holly Laurent takes it over, mashes it up with The Hunger Games trailer and creates one of our favorite parodies in months.

I don’t want Peeta to be dead/A pita is a pouch of bread/But that’s his name.

Truly amazing. Watch below:

It features an extended look at the Reaping; a long look at Stanley Tucci as Caesar Flickerman; and heavy emphasis on the all-important Mockingjay, along with plenty of Jennifer Lawrence, of course. But enough from us. Sit back and take in the new footage below!

With just over two months to go until the release of The Hunger Games, Lionsgate has released the final poster for this sure-to-be blockbuster.

It features Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen and it's just as awesome as all other promotional material so far:

But while the excitement over The Hunger Games builds each day, and while its core audience may also be comprised of teenage girls, Josh Hutcherson recently spoke to E! News and stopped the comparisons to another franchise right then and there.

“I’m not a huge fan of the comparisons to Twilight just because I think it’s a very different world," the actor behind Peeta said. “I understand why people make the connection just because it’s a popular teen book... but the story is really more about Katniss and her survival. There’s definitely less romance.”

Find out for yourself on March 23 when Suzanne Collins' novel hits the big screen.

Forgive us for a moment, but: EEEEK!!!!!

Okay, sorry. We're back.

But Lionsgate has released its first official promotional photo of Elizabeth Banks in the key Hunger Games role of Effie Trinket and it's safe to say we're a tad bit excited over it.

Elizabeth Banks as Effie Trinket

"A fun part of being an actor and a chameleon is taking on those looks," Banks told The Huffington Post of the transformation into this Capitol spokesperson. "Effie has a really theatrical, over-the-top, completely not me look to her. I'm very excited for people to see my portrayal. I have no idea if people are going to be into it. I hope they are."

The Hunger Games trailer, of course, has already been released; while the film comes out on March 23.

Some people have way too much time on their hands, but their creativity entertains us day in and day out! Case in point: One devoted fan of The Hunger Games.

The film's actual trailer was released in November, and this fan-made version, using Legos to reenact nearly every frame, is surprisingly accurate and true to form.

The Hunger Games arrives in theaters March 23, and after seeing this homage, we can't wait to see the movie ... and hopefully Katniss and Co. in special edition Legos.

Watch the Lego version and the official trailer below:
