Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard got engaged last month but unlike Kimye, the young couple won't be making any extravagant expenditures in the months leading up to their wedding.

In fact, a look and Jill and Derick's wedding registry reveals the couple is...what's the exact opposite of extravagant?

Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard

Staying true to her Arkansas roots, Jill registered at Wal-Mart, and while some of the items she picked out may be a bit pricier than what you'd find at the thrift stores in which the Duggars usually do their shopping, none of Jill's wedding guests will be expected to break the bank.

The most expensive item on Jill and Derick's registry comes in at a whopping 150 bucks.

But if you're planning to attend the Duggar-Dillard nuptials and that's a bit out of your price range, you can always pick up the cheapest item on their list: a Glad leftovers container for $1.98.

Maybe some big spender will buy them two of those! You only get married once! (Ideally.)

In a new clip from 19 Kids and Counting, Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar sit down with an OB-GYN to discuss the risks of adding to their already massive family.

As she's stated before, Michelle Duggar hopes to have a twentieth child before she turns 50, but as Dr. Paul Wendell tells the couple during their appointment, there are some serious risks involved.

First, the doctor informs the Duggars that they'll likely experience some difficulty with conception.

"We do occasionally see pregnancies in women who are 47, 48, 49, even 50 but they are very unusual," says Dr. Wendell.

"Your chance of getting pregnant when egg and sperm meet naturally begins to drop...Around mid-40s, certainly at the age we're at, it's around 5 percent."

The outlook gets more grim as the doctor informs the Duggars of the risks they face if they do manage to conceive:

Michelle Duggar is hoping to have her twentieth child soon, and since there's no way they could've known ten or twelve kids ago that they would be the stars of a successful reality show, one can't help but wonder why exactly she and husband Jim Bob would want to raise such a giant family.

The Duggars were asked that question point blank in a recent interview and their answer may surprise you:

"When we first got married, we thought we would have maybe two or three children," the Duggars wrote in a response. "Michelle started off our marriage taking the birth control pill so that we could plan when we wanted children."

"After three years Michelle went off the pill and we had our son Josh...We didn't think we were ready for more children yet, so Michelle went back on birth control pills."

Then, as the Duggars say "the unexpected happened, followed by the unthinkable."

The Duggars are a slightly larger family than most, so its not surprising that they spend a lot of money on food.

But even considering the astonishing number of mouths they have to feed, the size of Michelle and Jim Bob's grocery bill might drop your jaw.

"Our goal for our monthly food budget is $3000," matriarch Michelle revealed recently. "It used to be more like $2000, but we've noticed the price of groceries have gone up."

Though an astonishing figure, it's actually not bad, for a family of 21.

What's more surprising is that despite the astronomical cost of keeping food on the table Michelle Duggar wants a twentieth baby in the near future.

Jill Duggar got engaged to Derek Dillard last month and they'll likely start churning out an army of children of their own soon.

But while Jill and Derek share very traditional values, their relationship is all thanks to modern technology.

Jill Duggar and Derek Dillard communicated online for several months before they met in person and in a new clip from 19 Kids & Counting we get to see what it was like when the two finally saw each other to face.

In a word: awkward! Not only is Derek clearly uncomfortable on camera, he has to meet his longtime girlfriend and his girlfriend's dad at the same time!

Michelle Duggar may be in her late 40s and already raising an astonishing 19 children, but her long-rumored quest to make it an even 20 marches on!

The original rumor was that the stars of 19 Kids and Counting planned to adopt Duggar #20, but according to a new episode of her long-running TLC reality series, matriarch Michelle plans to get pregnant for the twentieth freaking time!

It's been nearly five years since Michelle gave birth to her youngest daughter Josie and she started crankin' 'em out with husband Jim Bob so long ago that the fourth Duggar child recently got engaged, and the eldest has three kids of his own.

Even so, Michelle insists that she and her husband would "welcome another baby if God offered to give us one," adding, "At the same time we're enjoying the ones that we do have and loving our grandbabies."

Jill Duggar of TLC's 19 Kids & Counting is engaged! To Derick Dillard!

The 22-year-old, who is the fourth child of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, will marry her boyfriend, the couple confirmed to ABC News on Wednesday.

Derick was doing missionary work in Nepal when Jim Bob connected him with Jill, and the two youngsters hit it off immediately, even if it was remotely.

"When we finally met in person in Nepal, we knew within days that we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together," Jill Duggar said in a statement.

"When my dad first introduced Derick and I [remotely], we spent hours texting, calling, and talking on Skype while 8,000 miles away from each other."

"I feel like I'm dreaming," Dillard said of his engagement.

"It was great to grab her hand for the first time."

Any guy out there looking to date one of the Duggar family girls may need to lower his expectations as far as physical contact and affection concerned.

To say there won't be much is an understatement.

On the season premiere of TLC's 19 Kids and Counting this week, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar laid out the rules of courtship for their 19 children.

With two of the older kids, 20-year-old Jessa (pictured) and 22-year-old Jill, starting relationships with prospective mates, there was no time like the present.

"As far as our kids dating, we believe a lot of times if you're alone with the person, it can create desires that can kind of get stirred up," Jim Bob said.

"You don't have any accountability, and [that] can kind of lead to some hanky panky," he feels, and suffice it to say, "hanky panky" is a big no-no.

"Courtship is really about getting to know each other for the purpose of possibly getting engaged and getting married," the Arkansas father of 19 said.

Despite major health complications in recent years, Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar are still trying for their 20th child together, a new report indicates.

Michelle confirmed that the TLC couple, who viewers saw celebrate their 29th wedding anniversary on last night's 19 Kids and Counting, is TTC.

As in trying to conceive.

While hoping that they'll be blessed with another pregnancy, they're simply "enjoying their grandbabies" and are "thankful and grateful" for their other 19 kids.

Michelle Duggar, for the record, is 47 and has been married to Jim Bob for 29 years, meaning she's pretty much been pregnant for their whole relationship. (And she also makes a mean Duggars tater tot casserole recipe!)

Jessa Duggar, the 20-year-old daughter of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, is currently in a courtship with 18-year-old Ben Seewald, according to reports.

The lovebirds, who met in church, are "enjoying getting to know each other and are recommending sermons to one another," Jim Bob tells People.

He and his wife are "so excited" for Jessa and Ben.

As for the difference between courting and dating?

Jim Bob explains that courting is much more formal process, which often takes place in a larger group, whereas dating is more of a one-on-one thing:
