Tareq Salahi's lawsuit against his estranged wife Michaele Salahi was recently dismissed, but he's instead turned his focus to her lover, Journey guitarist Neal Schon, the band’s personal recording label and their publicist.

Yep, he's re-filing a lawsuit against all of the above.

Tareq alleged that Michaele and Neal’s 2011 affair was a calculated attempt to re-launch the struggling rock band, ruining Tareq in the process.

The male Salahi says that when he was doing Michaele, Neal Schon was also screwing him out of a deal with Oprah Winfrey (!?), a $300,000 gig on Dancing With the Stars and a big-screen adaptation of their life. Mmm hmm.

The pair was to receive 40 percent of the sale, he claims ... so approximately $8.00 total gross, assuming the two of them even bought tickets.

Michaele Salahi and Neal Schon scored a resounding legal victory over her ex-husband Tareq when a judge threw out his ridiculous claim Wednesday.

A Virginia judge dismissed Tareq's $50 million lawsuit that thee former Real Housewives star and her Journey guitarist lover defamed him somehow.

Short story: They screwed him over (and each other a lot) big time, but that's not illegal. The judge called the case"not legally sufficient" to proceed.

The lawsuit claimed Schon sent pictures of his junk to Tareq, and that the Journey guitarist also called him and said boastfully, "I'm f--king your wife!"

How he thought that entitled him to $50 million, who the heck knows. He also said his divorce from Michaele ruined their "brand" (LOL), of course.

Tareq had asserted that TV shows pulled offers from the former White House party crashers after his wife ran off with Schon last fall, which is likely BS.

Even in this culture, who wants to watch a reality show about the Salahis? They were already on a Real Housewives iteration that was cancelled!

For whatever reason, Tareq sought damages for emotional distress, conspiracy to defame, interference with a contract, unjust enrichment and so on.

The judge rejected all of those claims. Case closed.

Tareq Salahi claims that Neal Schon ruined his entire life and is suing the Journey rocker, who ran off with his reality star wife Michaele, for $50 million dollars.

The lawsuit was just filed by Salahi in Virginia.

Tareq says he and Michaele Salahi were on track to make a huge fortune together from multiple reality TV shows including Dancing with the Stars ... yeah right.

According to the suit, they had an offer to participate on the Australian DWTS in 2011 ... for $150,000. Not a bad chunk of change, but a fortune? Really?

Plus, he claims, the White House party crashers also had an offer to appear on another network TV show in the U.S. Which he does not name, of course.

Tareq claims the TV shows pulled their offers when Michaele Salahi ran off with Neal Schon last fall, and that Schon waged a campaign to humiliate him.

Tareq says Schon used the affair to inflict suffering upon him, emailing a pic of his penis and calling him on the phone to tell him, "I'm f**king your wife!"

In the suit, Tareq claims, "The act was a metaphorical slap in the face." Negative points for filing a frivolous lawsuit, but bonus points for not saying "literally."

Tareq claims Schon humiliated him in public, too, as the publicity would increase interest in Journey's tour ... which resulted in a major attendance boost. 

Tareq is demanding at least $50 million for emotional distress, conspiracy to defame, interfering with a contract and defamation ... plus punitive damages.

Tareq's attorney claims that the adulterous duo profited unfairly off Tareq's misery and sabotaged his career in the process. The first part is a stretch. The second ... LOL.

The taunting, the $10,000 lingerie shopping sprees, the onstage make-out sessions, the pic of Neal's junk Tareq says he was emailed ... all salt in Salahi's wounds.

According to Tareq, all the buzz surrounding Michaele Salahi's affair with Neal Schon boosted ticket sales of Journey's recent tour, which she ran off to join him on.

All the while torpedoing Tareq's reality TV dreams. It's so sad really.

Making matters worse, Tareq claims Michaele and Neal have put the wheels in motion for their own reality show, leaving Tareq in the dust ... with $2 million of debt.

Tareq wants $17 million to compensate him. Don't hold your breath, T.

His estranged wife may be a groupie slut, but she's got a rock star doting on her. Michaele Salahi's boyfriend Neal Schon just dropped more than $10,000 on lingerie for her during a Beverly Hills shopping spree this week.

Why did he do such a thing? Well, she had none left, seeing as ... 

OH YEAH: Neal is gonna be making that face a lot more after this.

Tareq sold off all her underwear and bras at an auction in a totally classy move not designed to get any publicity whatsoever. So much for their public truce.

Neal and Michaele hit up La Perla - a ridiculously expensive lingerie boutique on Rodeo Drive - this weekend. The Journey guitarist spent $10,496.55 there.

That got her 42 bras and 38 sets of panties ... at approximately $130 per item.

Tareq Salahi promises to stop saying Michaele Salahi is groupie slut.

The estranged spouses have agreed to suspend their very public, very nasty divorce proceedings while they try to hash out a settlement via private mediation.

An odd move, considering that even being heartbroken, you'd figure Tareq would love the attention. But apparently he wants this done privately and quickly.

Tareq Salahi filed a formal request to dismiss his divorce complaint earlier this month, and private mediation between the two is set to begin in November.

That's when Michaele's other man, Neal Schon, finishes up his tour with his band, Journey, and the groupie slut herself presumably has a freer schedule.

If the two can't reach an agreement during mediation, TMZ reports, Tareq is free to refile papers, meaning their "private" dispute could become public.

Odds of that happening are pretty good if you ask us. Why punt that much free publicity, especially when you're the "good" guy (relatively speaking).

Well, if you change your mind, he's trying to pitch a reality show where you can do just that! Sources close to the jaded husband of Michaele Salahi say that Tareq he is pitching a dating show to various networks, with the title ... wait for it ...

Seducing Salahi.

In case you missed it, Michaele Salahi ran off with Neal Schon, the guitarist from Journey, because he's her soulmate and her husband was too controlling.

Tareq says he chose the house over boobs.

The proposed show would be filmed at his Virginia winery and would be of The Bachelor / Flavor of Love variety, with 14 women competing for Tareq's affection.

Several networks are reportedly interested, which is probably the saddest thing we've ever heard, but you know if it comes to fruition we'll be all over it.

Tareq Salahi has “gone through so many emotions” since his wife Michaele Salahi and Neal Schon ran off together, he doesn't even know where to start.

But trust us, he'll talk you through every step as he picks up the pieces.

During a press conference for Celebrity Fight Night: An Alki David FilmOn Production, in which he'll be throwing down, Tareq spoke about why he’s getting involved in celebrity boxing and, of course, Michaele ditching him.

“After Michaele abandoned our home and our marriage, the house was just empty,” he explained. “I think it’s very good for the heart and the mind."

"I’ve gone through so many emotions from sadness and crying, ust trying to understand what went wrong with the marriage and her double life.”

Asked whether money played a role in their split, Tareq said:

“Yes, I think that played a part in it because here is the thing. We all have - in marriages, in relationships - we all have to have conversations about money and paying bills. So let's say you have a pot of money sitting there."

"Well, Michaele would say, ‘I want to go to plastic surgery on my lips, face and boobs,’ versus, ‘Well we got to pay the mortgage!’ I chose the house."

Tareq Salahi is wasting little time on the post-breakup grief stage.

He may have been legitimately blindsided by Michaele Salahi leaving him for Neal Schon, but that hasn't stopped him from going ALL OUT to milk the situation, calling her a groupie slut, showing alleged pics of Neal's penis and so forth.

Now he's taking it a step further - and taking up with porn stars!

Michaele's estranged, attention loving spouse is not only going to a birthday party for NYC's infamous Madam Kristin "Billie" Davis, he's going as her date.

Davis famously set up the escorts for former New York Governor Elliot Spitzer and other big name clients, and says she's looking forward to seeing Tareq.

Well aware of the Michaele Salahi and Neal Schon saga, she says, "I can assure you there's no better place to meet beautiful women than my party!"
