Another baby is on the way for one of Hollywood's most controversial couples.

Tameka Foster and Usher welcomed their first child, Usher Raymond V, in November 2007.

Since then, the singer hasn't been shy about how much he loves being a father.

"I'm so proud to be a father by the time I'm 30," Usher said last month. "I'd hate to be 80 years old and not be able to run with my kids. I need to still be able to do flips when they're in high school!"

Usher is correct: he and Tameka Foster are expecting a second child!

Usher fans may be Tameka Foster haters, but perhaps they'll change their minds when they read how well Foster is taking care of the couple's baby.

"He's like hyper baby — he's crawling so fast!" Foster said of her seven-month old. "He stands up, and he's walking around the table... it's amazing to watch him."

Tameka Foster loves her son. But Usher fans don't love Tameka Foster.

Foster also told Us Weekly that motherhood "wonderful" and "every day is a new challenge with him."

As for future Ushers?

"I'd love to have more, we just gotta make the time," Foster said.

While Usher fans continue to hate on Tameka Foster, this couple continues to impress us with its normalcy.

In a recent interview with Page Six, the music icon said he'd never consider selling off photos of his new baby, a lesson other celebrities should heed (are you listening, Jennifer Lopez?)

"In no way would I ever pimp out my child for money. I am livid that people talk about my child," Usher said.

Usher also defended his wife against the rumors that she doesn't get along with, well, everyone.

"I stand by her as a man loving my wife and being there for my child... Opinions are like assholes. Everybody's got one. What I will say is, this is my wife and I would hope that [people] would respect my wife and my marriage and who I have chosen to spend my life with."

It's been many months since Tameka Foster and Usher really made any entertainment news headlines. The couple appears to have gotten married and settled into a calm, normal routine.

So, here's our question to Usher fans/Foster haters: do you still possess the sort of venom for Tameka that Britney Spears has for underwear, or Lauren Conrad unleashes toward Heidi Montag?

Ah, Tameka Foster.

One of the celebrity gossip world's most hated can always be counted on to stoke the passions of the haters just when things start to cool down.

Foster was "domineering" and displayed her trademark "Tameka wrath" during a video shoot for Usher's song, "Love in the Club," the New York Post says.

Tameka was visibly upset when she found out stunning singer / songwriter Keri Hilson was personally picked by Usher to play his love interest in the video.

"It was supposed to be a sexy video shoot," a Post spy said.

"Tameka was there the entire time guarding like a watchdog. It was ridiculous. She knows Keri and knows she's no video ho or Karrine Steffans."

Nicknamed "Superhead," Karrine Steffans wrote the book, "Video Vixen," about her alleged flings with Usher, Bobby Brown and other artists.

"Tameka Foster is very insecure," the source said. "Even in rehearsals she was weird and not happy that Keri is so gorgeous. Tameka threw a lot of attitude. The day of the shoot, Tameka dressed Keri very badly - like an extra. Tameka wouldn't let Keri have her hairdresser there - she had to use the hairdresser who was doing the extras."

Tameka Foster also has taken a serious dislike to Usher's longtime choreographer, Jamaica, and has apparently gone so far as to banish Jamaica from the set.

Then, when Usher and Tameka Foster were spotted at the Beverly Hills Hotel last week, "They barely said one word to each other."

The two have a choppy past to say the least. After they got engaged, Usher fired his mom, Jonetta Patton, as his manager and also axed his publicists. "Tameka was the one and only one to call the shots," spies said.

They were supposed to wed last summer at L.A. Reid's Hamptons estate - but the wedding was called off at the last minute. They wed a week later in Atlanta, and Foster gave birth to their son, Usher Raymond V, in November.

Usher's album, which may be called Regret, was supposed to come out last year but was delayed due to his wedding and baby. It is expected by June.

Usher's manager, Benny Medina, said via e-mail:

"Keri could not have been happier with Tameka's choices in styling, hair and makeup ... Jamaica was flown out and arrived a day late to do Keri's choreography, and was on-set at all times. The shoot itself went brilliantly."

As 2007 draws to a close, it's time to reflect and pay tribute to the stars who made this a year to remember. On that note, The Hollywood Gossip is announcing its 10 finalists for its first annual Celebrity of the Year award.

They've given us their best, their worst and, in a more than a few cases, their naked pictures. Now it is time for us to give a little something back with this special feature, because without these celebrities, we are nothing.

Before 2007, even hardcore Usher fans had never heard of Foster. Within months, however, this 42-year old had grown into the bane of their R&B loving existence.

Who was this mother of three to be dating their man? His washboard stomach and sultry voice deserved someone closer to Beyonce, a companion more like Alicia Keys. To this day, Tameka Foster invokes a scorn within Usher's camp that not even the most ardent Simon Monjack haters can summon.

While other girlfriends and new wives, such as Alexis Phifer or Renee Sloan, were being welcomed by fans of their loved celebrities, Tameka battled hate mail all year long. It didn't end with the birth of Usher's first child, either, as Usher Raymond V entered the world in November.

As we enter 2008, the buzz surrounding Foster and Usher should die down. They're married. They're raising a child. There's little else to say on the matter.

Plus, Blake Fielder-Civil and Amy Winehouse are pretty much stealing all the controversial newlywed headlines at this point.

Tameka Foster isn't satisfied to sit back and raise her baby with Usher quietly.

Instead, everyone's least favorite wife of a celebrity is speaking up again in Essence magazine, responding to her negative public perception:

We [black women] don't like ourselves. If I were Hispanic, Usher would have the sexiest wife alive. If I were mixed, he'd have the sexiest wife alive. But he has a black girl, and it's like, ‘She's horrible and she's ugly!'

OK, maybe I don't fit the cookie-cutter standard - 25 and a size two - but this is who he loves. There are women getting raped in Darfur, young girls being turned out every single day right here in Atlanta. We have bigger issues to worry about than two people in love with each other.

This may be true, but at the end of the day, the United States doesn't care about Darfur because its economic and political interests aren't threatened.

Usher is a national treasure, however.

Despite a rumored feud with Tameka Foster, Jonnetta Patton is excited that her daughter-in-law has given birth to a beautiful, healthy baby.

Indeed, Usher's mother said that Usher Raymond V is God's gift to her son and his wife, just in time for Kwanzaa and Christmas.

"I'm extremely excited and filled with joy about the birth of my grandson, Usher Raymond V," Patton told People magazine. "He is beautiful, precious, healthy and such a blessing. I'm very happy for my son and his wife. God has truly blessed them with a special gift. This will be an amazing holiday season for all of us."

Foster gave birth to Usher Raymond V on Monday night, joining her husband in a statement that read: "We are so happy and proud of our beautiful son."

Beyonce could sing her hit "Baby Boy" to Usher and his new wife, Tameka Foster, right about now.

The controversial couple welcomed a son, Usher Raymond V, into the world last night, multiple sources are reporting. Hewas born in Atlanta at 9:55 p.m., and weighed in at 7 lbs. 9 oz.

"We are so happy and proud of our beautiful son," the couple said in a statement. "What a blessing!"

While reps for Usher and Foster were not immediately available for comment, one insider says Usher was with Foster and the new child Tuesday at an Atlanta hospital; the family is expected to head home on Wednesday.

They read the celebrity gossip reports. They're aware of the negative press.

But Usher and Tameka Foster don't seem to care about what others think; they're just focused on how they feel about one another.

"Ours is not a typical love story, but it is a true one," Usher tells Essence magazine for its November issue. "Tameka and I have been fortunate enough to go through the thick of it in the beginning. We've had that opportunity to huddle up as a team, to make sure that we're clear and speak as one voice."

Usher and Foster were married August 4 in a ceremony in Atlanta, following the cancellation of a more lavish event in the Hamptons... and enduring speculation about their commitment to each other and the support they were getting from their families.

As People reports, the expecting couple were stunned by these reactions.

"It was like, wow," says Usher, who turned 29 on Sunday. "[Getting married] and having a child is something that everyone should celebrate. What's happened to us as a culture and a people?"

We don't know, Usher Raymond. We don't know.

But does appear as though society is more interested in Lindsay Lohan nude pictures or Lauren Conrad dating partners than true love. It's sad.
