So seven-year old Alana Thompson and her family were interview by Steve Harvey yesterday.

And while mother June Shannon was rambling about something or other, Honey Boo Boo's sister Chickadee interrupted to inform the group that she had to fart.

She let out some major gas, the family laughed and groaned and Harvey reacted in the only sane way possible: via stunned silence.

A Steve Harvey birthday celebration turned into an emotional on-air reunion for the comedian last week, as producers surprised the talk show host with a blast from his past.

On January 17, Harvey took a satellite call from Rich Liss, a man who asked if the star still loved him - and who caused Harvey to immediately breakdown on stage.

Turns out, Liss and his wife helped Harvey break into the comedy business, setting up a travel account for him and taking him in, as Harvey explains below.

Watch the tears flow and the feelings be exchanged now:

For a guy who began his standup career in the drug-fueled '80s, and who's accused of rampant adultery by his ex, Steve Harvey apparently doesn't get out much.

The Family Feud host was thrown for a loop this week by an answer to the following question on the game show: What is something that gets passed around?

When a contestant buzzed in and hilariously answered, "A joint," Steve was stunned. No, really, we don't think that shocked was feigned. It gets better, too.

Watch the clip below to see if that answer actually registered on the Feud survey, and whether a rival contestant, who went the opposite approach, topped it:

Likely prompted by his ex-wife comparing him to a rapist, Steve Harvey will no longer let Mary Harvey's accusations go unchallenged.

The comedian's former partner has been ranting on YouTube and on talk shows about how Steve cheated on her with current wife Marjorie (pictured); left her broke; and denied her access to the couple's son, Wynton.

Stating a need to "report the truth," Steve has been granted the removal of a gag order on his and Mary's 2005 divorce proceedings. The documents reveal the following, as a court has ordered Mary to shut her mouth about her ex:

  • Steve paid Mary Harvey $40,000 per month until March 2009.
  • He then paid her lump sum of $1.5 million.
  • He transferred three houses over to Mary as part of the settlement.
  • Regarding Wynton, the system has given Steve "primary custody" of the child, "whom Mary Harvey willingly put on an airplane to his father," according to the statement.

Marjorie Harvey, meanwhile, plans to sue Mary Harvey for defamation of character.

Let's all hope Mary Harvey never experiences the reason why a comparison she made today was so insensitive and inappropriate.

As a guest on the Tom Joyner Morning Show, Steve Harvey's ex continued her attack on her former husband, telling the host that she's first coming out about his infidelity now - in a series of bitter YouTube clips, such as the one below - because "keeping quiet hasn't served me physically. It hasn't served our son... I'm not in good health right now."

Joyner pointed out that Steve is known for completing charity work, but Mary was solely focused on his affair with Marjorie Bridges, Harvey's then-mistress and current wife.

"From a victim standpoint, it's like saying to someone who was raped, and had not had closure from his attacker, that he's still doing some good," Mary said. "It's rape to me."

Earlier today, Mary's former assistant also jumped into the fray, giving her side of the story to another radio host. It didn't help Mary's case.

It's like walking around in my life, and I'm not alive in my life.

So Mary Harvey profoundly stated to Jane Velez-Mitchell during an interview on HLN this week, as Steve Harvey's former lover was asked why she waited so many years to lash out against her husband.

The bitter ex-wife was so rattled by the simple question that she actually apologized to the host for her rambling response, saying she was under a lot of stress. She also complained about her lack of "access" to her son, saying the court gave the comedian custody because Steve said she was a "nobody."

Which either means the judge handling the case was the most unprofessional, star struck man to ever don a robe; or there is A LOT Mary isn't telling us...

Steve Harvey is no longer letting his lawyer do his talking.

A few days after the comedian's first wife, Mary Harvey, unleashed a verbal, videotaped assault against him, the best-selling author has spoken out against the allegations that he cheated on her and turned the couple's son against her.

"I know the truth," Harvey said. "My son is coming into the room crying. And that's what hurts me, why you would do this. And I don't even understand the purpose. I mean, I got you're mad, but [she's talking about] 12 years ago. That's what we're doin' now?"

Steve and Mary got married 1996 and divorced nine years later. Son Broderick was born in 1997 and Steve has since remarried.

"The truth's gonna come out," Harvey said. "Because once you go public, you allow people to start asking questions... I'm just more concerned about my son, who I have total custody of. He doesn't deserve the questions."

He turned my son against me, had me evicted from our house. I woke up, and everything was gone.

This is just one of a countless number of statements Mary Harvey made this week about her ex-husband, Steve Harvey.

In an unprecedented, sort of hilarious move, she recorded three videos on YouTube, all of which accuse the best-selling author of dastardly deeds such as infidelity and... more infidelity.

Representing the actor, attorney Bobbie Edmonds has now released a statement that refers to Mary's diatribe as containing "false, misleading, derogatory, disparaging, malicious, explicit and slanderous information about Mr. Harvey, his current wife and others."

She adds:

Steve Harvey is the best-selling author behind "Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man" and a new self-help book, "Straight Talk, No Chaser."

But there's one woman who won't be going to this comedian for advice: ex-wife Mary Harvey.

Following 16 years of marriage and a bitter divorce, Mary has taken to YouTube to warn those reading Harvey's tomes about the man to whom they are listening. She says Steve cheated on her multiple times, including once with a woman who actually told Mary the sex had been unprotected.

She also claims Steve has turned the couple's son, Wynton, against her. Steve, meanwhile, has filed a defamation suit against his ex because he says these allegations cost him a talk show on OWN. Sit back and decide for yourself if Mary Harvey makes a credible case in these videos:
