Stephanie Pratt, annoying sidekick on The Hills and sister of Spencer Pratt, reached a plea deal with Los Angeles prosecutors in her DUI case Thursday.

The 23-year-old was sentenced to three years' probation, completion of a 12-week alcohol education program, as well as three AA meetings a week.

She must also pay a fine in addition to the above stipulations.

Once she does, Stephanie Pratt's DUI charge will be dropped in exchange for her no contest plea to one count of misdemeanor "exhibition of speed."

On the issue of whether Steph attended rehab, as was reported, "Ms. Pratt voluntarily sought help from a doctor regarding substance issues but the doctor recommended that she didn't need rehab," Pratt's lawyer Jon Bryant Artz said.

Pratt called the October 18 arrest after Holly Montag's birthday party, "the worst thing to happen to me and, at the same time, the biggest blessing."

More importantly: Would you hit it?

Less than two months after being charged with DUI, The Hills star has had her license reinstated. That's good news for her, but bad for the rest of us.

Looks like she recovered more than just her driving rights, too.

Taking a break from getting bad plastic surgery, being annoying on The Hills and getting arrested for drunk driving, Stephanie Pratt posed for Maxim recently.

If girls who look like Spencer Pratt smoking and posing close to topless is something that turns you on, then boy, this photo spread is right up your alley!

Stephanie Pratt bears a resemblance to her brother, and channels her sister-in-law Heidi Montag with this trashy appearance/interview with the men's mag.

On The Hills being real (ha, right): "None of us study acting. We can’t cry on the spot. My own brother didn’t talk to me for eight months because I went to Lauren Conrad’s birthday party! It would be easier to be on a scripted show."

On dating in L.A.: "The guys in L.A. are awful. I feel like I know half of them, and the other half I don’t want to know. They’re all wearing Ed Hardy t-shirts and trucker hats that say 'female body inspector.' I’m not looking for someone."

The Hills star Stephanie Pratt entered a plea of not guilty to a charge of misdemeanor DUI this morning, and her lawyer says Spencer's sister will soon check in to rehab.

Pratt's lawyer said she will enroll in a 30-day residential facility. We'd have to imagine this is part of her way of seeking a lenient sentence for being a drunk driver.

Although she could probably benefit from the time there. Maybe the DUI arrest really was a blessing in disguise. Plus, no Steph on The Hills for like four weeks! Woo!

Stephanie was pulled over at 3:45 a.m. on October 18 after leaving Holly Montag's birthday party. The 23-year-old's two breathalyzer tests registered .08 and .09.

The legal limit is .08, so she was arrested by the cops and held on $5,000 bail. If convicted, Stephanie Pratt could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Stephanie Pratt is headed to rehab for alcohol abuse. Hopefully they do something about her fashion sense while she's in there. That glove? Mmmyeah FAIL.

It was a case of art imitating life ... or something. More like life imitating The Hills. No way that qualifies as art ... although these portraits are quite stunning.

Okay, we're off topic. Days before The Hills showed Stephanie Pratt confronting Holly Montag about her excessive drinking, Steph was popped for DUI in L.A.

The occasion? Holly's birthday party, natch.

It had all the makings of a real meltdown, considering Stephanie's troubled past. But she says she's weathered the storm and come out stronger after the DUI.

“It was the worst thing to happen to me and, at the same time, it was the biggest blessing,” the sister of Spencer PRatt told People in an interview Wednesday.

“I learned to not fall apart, which is something I usually do when something goes bad in my life. I learned it is all about temptation and I am being tested.”

Being tested in Hollywood is an everyday thing, as is the inevitable fall from grace, but The Hills star is determined to go from embarrassment to betterment.

“This is the first time that I haven’t screwed up more after a bad thing,” Stephanie Pratt says, “and I didn’t fall apart and say, ‘I hate my life, I want to die!’"

"It’s the first time in 23 years that I went the other way!”

We're not sure if that's inspiring or sad.

In any case, things are really turning around for her: “Two weeks ago I found a partner for a handbag line I’ve dreamed about since the 7th grade,” she says.

“I’m closer to my parents and I’ve never been happier in my life! I’ve had problems in my past, but I would let them turn into snowballs that turned into avalanches.

"This is the first time that I’ve ever done anything different.”

She may not have been plastered like Holly Montag on last night's The Hills, but a .08 is a .08, period, so Stephanie Pratt was formally charged with DUI today.

After her arrest two Sundays ago in Hollywood, the sister of Spencer Pratt was given a breathalyzer and blew exactly the amount considered over the limit.

She was pulled over at 3:45 a.m. October 18 after leaving Holly Montag's birthday party. Man, one can only imagine what Holly would have blown: .15? .24?

Stephanie Pratt was actually given two breathalyzer tests, registering .08 and .09, so she was arrested for DUI and then taken into custody on $5,000 bail.

She could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted.

In an attempt to save some plastic surgery-riddled face, Stephanie took to her Twitter earlier this week to address the situation. Here's what she said:

• i was pulled over 4 tinted windows 3 blocks from where i was sleeping and blew a .08 which was 2 drinks. i made the wrong choice and i take responsibility.
• i would never put other peoples lives at risk and want to be clear that i was not pulled over for unsafe driving. 2 drinks... call a taxi! learn from my mistake.

This week on The Hills, Justin-Bobby continued to play mind games with Kristin, Holly got plastered again and Jayde Nicole went absolutely insane on Brody.

Speaking of Brody's love life, either MTV's editors want to sabotage Jayde Nicole, or she is rapidly becoming mentally unbalanced. Jealous much. Jayde? Minus 6.

Team Enzo! Plus 7, because even Spencer Pratt is warming to his adorable little neighbor. He tries, but can't even pretend to hate him anymore. It's kind of cute.

For the love of G*d, what the hell is Holly wearing at Speidi's!? Minus 4. Is The Hills secretly a cult where you have to drop 25 pounds and get plastic surgery?

Concerned Heidi Montag tells her troubled, drunk sis that she would, like, do anything for her (going to her b-party without a fee notwithstanding). Plus 6. B!tch.

Holly Montag arrives at Speidi's intervension and orders a margarita in the first five seconds. Perhaps a Mexican restaurant wasn't the best venue. Plus 5.

Justin-Bobby cooks Kristin dinner and half-heartedly apologizes for flaking on Brody's party. Naturally, Kristin's defenses (and pants) drop. He disposes of his shirt, they meander into the bedroom and bone. Absolutely pathetic. Minus 5.

For whatever reason, Audrina meets Justin-Bobby for drinks. He says nothing compares to her and that he and Kristin aren't together. He says she shouldn't hang out with Derek again. She agrees. Absolutely beyond pathetic. Minus 10.

TOTAL: +8! SEASON TOTAL: +38! The Hills thrives on such things, but a Justin-Bobby love triangle is hard to be enthralled by. We can't believe we're saying this, but more Speidi! Hopefully Stephanie's DUI was caught on tape.

Before being busted for DUI, Stephanie Pratt was best known for:

1. Being really annoying on MTV's The Hills.
2. Having her face botched by bad plastic surgery.

The latter is the subject of a new spoof by Funny or Die, in which the irksome, useless sister of Spencer Pratt hosts a faux plastic surgery party.

Much as we can appreciate mocking this, and have to give Stephanie credit for appearing in it, it's not really all that funny. Not at all, in fact.
