Friends and former Guns N' Roses band mates Slash and Steven Adler now have another thing in common - a restraining order against Lisa Jill Martin-Cahn.

Adler, the band's drummer from 1985-1990, alleges that the Oregon woman has hired at least three private investigators since 2008 to hunt him down.

According to Steven, this sketchiness was all done "under the ruse" that they were long lost lovers who met back in the early 90's. In rehab, natch.

Adler's documents, filed in L.A. County, say police who visited Cahn at her Oregon home last month found "unopened boxes of house ware items which Cahn stated [were] wedding presents for [her and Steven Adler's] upcoming marriage."

That's not weird or anything.

As for Slash, he claims Cahn contacted him and his family - including his mother-in-law - by phone and letter in desperate attempts to get in touch with Adler.

Not surprisingly, he is not a fan.

Both restraining orders were granted yesterday - Lisa Jill Martin-Cahn must stay at least 500 yards away from both rockers, their families, work, et cetera.

The would-be "documentary filmmaker" accused of donning camo and sneaking onto Britney Spears' property in hopes of capturing the star on video was back in court this afternoon in L.A. There, Miranda Tozier-Robbins proclaimed her innocence.

The 26-year-old stalker pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor trespassing charges, which could net her a maximum of six months in jail if convicted.

Representing herself, the failed American Idol hopeful entered the plea after briefly meeting with the prosecutor in Judge Jay Ford III's chambers.

A pretrial hearing set was scheduled for July 17, but Ford indicated he expected a plea bargain arrangement to be worked out before that time.

Spears is back in L.A. after her most recent concert in Manchester. Even if Britney doesn't know where she is on a daily basis, fans like Miranda totally do.

Since gigantic walls, fences and a whole team of security guards apparently could not achieve the goal, Britney Spears filed for and obtained a temporary restraining order against the woman who was busted peeping around her house.

Miranda Tozier-Robbins was ordered by a judge today to stay 100 yards away from Britney Spears and her residence(s), following her stalking arrest in April.

She will also be arraigned next week on two misdemeanor charges.

Tozier-Robbins announced she would be defending herself in the proceedings, but a judge advised her against entering a plea until the next hearing. Her $5,000 bail was waived provided she returns to court next week, which she agreed to.

A 26-year-old former American Idol hopeful, the nut job was busted back on April 16 for sneaking into Britney Spears' private Calabasas community and peering into the windows of her home. Not cool, Miranda Tozier-Robbins. Not cool.

Chin up, LeAnn Rimes. You aren't the only famous, alleged stalker out there these days.

According to reports out of England, Lindsay Lohan figures the best way to reconcile with Samantha Ronson is to follow her around. Everywhere.

The Daily Mail states that Lohan learned of a series of DJ gigs Ronson had lined up around Great Britain. As a result, Lindsay organized a handful of photo shoots and club appearances to coincide with her ex-girlfriend's plans.

Sources claim the troubled actress checked into the Blakes on Tuesday, a luxury hotel just down the road from where Ronson is staying.

From there, Lohan spent most of Wednesday evening inside Bungalow 8, where her former flame just happened to be serving as DJ. Ronson, supposedly, left soon after Lindsay's arrival, but Lohan booked down the street after her.

"Lindsay has been quite crafty and has arranged it so she comes to London a few days before Sam and establishes herself as a force here," a source told the newspaper, detailing how Lohan is attempting to make a home for herself on Ronson's turf.

In a clear attempt to show the world what her ex was missing, Lohan also flashed her crotch to reporters this week.

LeAnn Rimes is responding to a report in which Brandi Glanville, the wife of Eddie Cibrian, claims that the country star is "stalking" her husband.

Rimes and Cibrian co-starred in the Lifetime movie Northern Lights earlier this year. Right around its premiere, they were lighting up the sheets!

Supposedly. There are rumors it was all a sham.

However, Brandi Glanville bashed Rimes earlier today, saying she was texting and calling Cibrian repeatedly, and when he switched his number to cut off contact with her, made sure she "ran into him" at a recent Lakers basketball game.

While the two definitely were spotted together May 17, LeAnn says the rumors of her stalking Cibrian and seeking publicity are just not true.

"[Brandi Glanville's] comments are incredibly defamatory," a spokesperson for Rimes stated. "While there are always two sides to every story, LeAnn continues to remain above the fray and chooses not to play this out in the press."

Interestingly, Eddie Cibrian has gone on record denying the affair, while Rimes has spoken only vaguely of having recent troubles in her marriage.

Rimes, 26, has been working in Los Angeles, while her husband of seven years, Dean Sheremet, 28, has been in Nashville writing and producing.

"They're still working on their marriage," says a Rimes pal, who adds that the idea that LeAnn is hungry for fame is "extremely disparaging ... To think that someone as successful and accomplished as LeAnn would want this is laughable."

Eddie Cibrian cut ties with his Lifetime movie costar LeAnn Rimes two months ago - after their alleged steamy affair was exposed - but his wife, Brandi Glanville, says the country star can't let go of her obsession with her husband.

"LeAnn is a stalker," Glanville says bluntly. "She refuses to leave us alone - it is both shameful and scary. People are going to say it takes two to tango and I get that, but at some point LeAnn needs to stop asking him to dance."

Brandi Glanville alleges that LeAnn Rimes (who was caught, on video, out on a date with Eddie Cibrian in March) intentionally tracked down her husband at the L.A. Lakers-Houston Rockets NBA playoff game back on May 17.

That incident was a couple of weeks after Eddie changed his phone number to end what Brandi called LeAnn's "constant texting and calling."

Glanville, a model, insists she's not a scorned wife: I'm a happy wife fighting for what I have," adds the mother of Mason, 6, and Jake, 2.

Rumors that Eddie Cibrian was doing LeAnn Rimes surfaced in March, and Brandi Glanville seems to admit as much, but all seems peachy between the two now.

The wife of Eddie Cibrian says the chief motivation of LeAnn Rimes - herself married to Dean Sheremet - and her "disgusting" behavior is the limelight.

"LeAnn is so desperate for fame she has left her self-respect in the gutter and doesn't care who she hurts to get what she wants," Brandi charges.

"She's hurting my family and messing with the wrong mom."

A rep for LeAnn Rimes did not comment on her client's alleged affair with Cibrian or the stalking rumors, but a source close to the star says:

"Eddie and Brandi are both on the record on this and LeAnn has kept quiet, so what does that tell you about who is after fame and press?"

The man on trial for stalking former supermodel-turned-TV talk show queen Tyra Banks was found guilty today, but he won't get any jail time.

Instead will get psychiatric help, according to the New York Post.

Brady Green was arrested in March 2008 after harassing Tyra Banks at her Chelsea studios following the taping of The Tyra Banks Show.

Manhattan Criminal Court Judge James Burke ruled that Green's actions were "knowingly and inherently invalid and the behavior was hounding."

The judge, however, opted not to sentence Chelsea Green to 90 days in jail and instead ordered that the Georgia native get mental treatment.

Hopefully Tyra Banks won't have to look over her shoulder anymore.

In his bench-trial verdict, Burke said Green will have to return to court on June 18, where a place and length of treatment will be made known.

Burke said treatment is "something that can help Green in the future."

On Wednesday, Tyra Banks testified she was scared for her safety on March 18, 2008, after her staff told her Brady Green was in the building - the same man who had been stalking her by sending her flowers and love letters.

Outside court, Green's lawyer Jeffrey Berman said he was "disappointed with the verdict," but was glad the judge "didn't send [Green] to jail."

As Shawn Johnson, Tyler Perry and Britney Spears can attest, it's been a busy month for stars and their insane stalkers. Your next victim? Tyra Banks.

Banks took the stand today in Manhattan to testify against her accused stalker, Brady Green. The nut job is on trial for stalking, harassment and criminal trespassing stemming from an incident in March of last year.

According to the New York Daily News, the America's Next Top Model host was calm as she told the court how terrified she and her staff were when Brady Green attempted to get past security at the Tyra Banks Show.

The staff wouldn't allow Banks to exit her dressing room.

"'Stop! No! You can't leave,'" she claimed they said. "I know I have fans, but I've never in my entire career had my staff act in this way."

The scary incident has left the 39-year-old Banks shaken to this day: "I fear for my safety," she said. "I feel extremely vulnerable."

Prosecutors say Brady Green even threatened to slash a Tyra Banks employee's throat when the person refused to give up the studio address.

"I don't fear for my life - I fear the safety of my staff," Banks explained. "I fear the safety of my family. I fear the safety of people in my vicinity."

She admitted that since Green's phone calls, love notes and appearance, she has heightened her security, even when she goes for a run.

The defendant's lawyer noted that the star's website urges viewers to write her. But Banks says Green was more aggressive than the average fan.

If convicted, Green faces a maximum of 90 days in prison.

At least the Britney Spears stalker seemed harmless enough, albeit moronic. Tyler Perry's version appears to be straight up crazy and possibly homocidal.

According to a restraining order obtained against the woman accused of stalking the unfunny comedian, Perry is apparently a prime candidate for murder.

Dawne Wilson was arrested for aggravated stalking outside Perry's production studios in Atlanta ... a place she's paid unwanted visits many times before.

The restraining order claims in March 2008, Dawne Wilson began contacting Tyler Perry by computer and making threats "in a menacing manner."

He feared "apprehension of immediately receiving a violent injury."

According to court documents, in April, 2008, Wilson sent another e-mail saying "You need to check your heart condition because it is filled with murder... your love has been but costly and deadly.... Murder I say is the verdict."

Dawne Wilson rambled on, "Why do you insist on assisting the devil?"

This crazy chick was taken into custody after showing up at Perry's recording studio last Wednesday, in blatant violation of the restraining order.

She thus enters our insane stalker and celebrity mug shot Halls of Fame.

As Britney Spears continues her Circus tour (at least for now), the crazy chick arrested for sneaking onto the pop star's property last week is speaking out.

Miranda Tozier-Robbins believes things have been blown out of proportion.

Tozier-Robbins, 26, is a former American Idol hopeful who has been in Los Angeles for about a month and a half and is pursing her "career" in numerous entertainment fields, one being paparazzi-like documentary film making.

She says Britney Spears' house was simply chosen because of its convenient location as well as perfect timing - she knew that Spears would be in L.A. for her tour dates during the week and apparently her address is available online.

"The documentary is more or less just, [me] on the way to Britney's house, going on the bicycle ride, the camping out in the woods," she told E! News.

Oh, and getting immediately caught by one of Spears' team of security guards, and arrested for trespassing, booked, issued a citation and released.

While she confesses to being a big fan of the notorious Circus ring leader, Miranda Tozier-Robbins claims she meant no harm and is in no way a stalker.

"There's no obsession with Britney. Somebody else can go ahead and claim the title of Britney's stalker, because I sure as heck don't want it, you know!"

Hmm, sneaking onto her property kind of gives you a stalker vibe, Miranda. Still, sorry for the misunderstanding and good luck with the "documentary."
