An obsessed fan who has tried to contact Jessica Simpson for years is kicking it up a notch, writing a memoir about her alleged attempts to sleep with him.

They've never met, mind you.

Simpson's camp has been dealing with Marce William Burchell for years, with her security team on alert - and well aware of his forthcoming publication.

No, the stalker is not the dude running after Jess here.

The 30-page book's title: The True Story of Jessica Ann Simpson's 22 Month Long Attempt to Seduce a Married Man - Her Very Active Super Secret Sex life: The True Story of Jessica Simpson's Seduction of A Married Man (Volume One).

This guy's apparently taking some cues from the Kris Herzog school of longwinded, poorly-worded BS tell-alls. Save something for the book jacket, dog.

It can be yours for $29.99 on Amazon. It's unclear there will be volumes 2-10 in the future. What is clear? This guy is all too familiar to Jess.

Not cool, Marc Anthony.

Jennifer Lopez is trying to move on with her life personally and professionally - she's officially on board for season 11 of American Idol - but her ex-husband supposedly won't let her.

First, Us Weekly reported that Anthony has been begging and pleading for a reconciliation; and now an insider tells Perez Hilton the singer is taking his actions a step further.

“He calls her nonstop, especially when he’s drinking, and they had a huge argument in early August," claims this source. "Marc is constantly harassing her and doesn’t think she’ll go through with the divorce."

Is this story true? Who knows. Are Anthony and Lopez legally divorced? Not yet. Stay tuned, folks. Stay tuned.

After Jasmine Villegas was spotted kissing Justin Bieber, she received a number of threats that, we'd like to think, were mostly in jest. Sadly, the same cannot be said for Steven Cintron, a 33-year old man who allegedly offered someone $5,000 to murder the young singer.

Villegas was granted a restraining order against Cintron this week, following documents that proved he sent her thousands of messages between 2006 and 2009. Testified the 17-year old:

"In a couple of the videos, he has appeared holding deadly weapons, i.e. a gun, machete knives stating that he was going to find me, rape me, and kill me."

Villegas says she's been in constant "panic mode" because Cintron also threatened to murder her mother, brother and current boyfriend. One Tweet to her reportedly read:

"You're dead Jasmine. I swear to God I'm going to kill you. I will blow your f**king head off bitch."

Jasmine starred in Bieber's "Baby" video. Cintron is now barred from contacting her via the Internet and must stay at least 100 yards away at all times. Thank goodness.

Halle Berry called 911 twice this weekend, both times because a suspicious man was spotted on her property.

The first incident took place on Saturday, as police arrived at Berry's Los Angeles home after someone leaped over her home's protective wall and was lurking in the front yard. Guests ran out to confront him, but the intruder fled.

A similar incident developed yesterday. Berry was actually at her kitchen window and spotted a man just staring at her, holding a book. Once again, though, the unwanted man was gone by the time cops - and even a helicopter! - answered Berry's call.

Many believe the man in question was a member of the paparazzi. (Berry, especially in light of her ongoing custody battle, is one of the most photographed celebrities in Hollywood.)

But the latest information has police worried it's an obsessed fan hoping for an autograph. We'll update this scary situation when more news becomes available.

Sheriff's deputies busted stalker James Rainford outside Paris Hilton's Malibu home on Monday. If that name rings a bell, it's because the same guy has already had multiple criminal run-ins with the heriess.

Paris watched from her balcony as L.A. County Sheriff's deputies arrested Rainford, sitting shirtless on the beach, looking into her home.

Rainford attacked Cy Waits, Paris' then-boyfriend, outside court in April, and was also arrested sneaking onto her property last October.

The Sheriff's Department stated that James Rainford was arrested for violating a protective order requiring him to stay 200 yards away from Paris.

Understandably spooked, Paris, who is now dating Todd Phillips, has hired a quartet of new armed guards to patrol the beach house 24/7 this summer.

She has also installed a new, state-of-the-art security system in the house, which includes multiple cameras and motion detectors throughout.

We're glad she's okay after yet another scary run-in with that guy. In other Hilton news, look for THG on Paris' reality show this evening!

The saga of Anthony Weiner and his stable of online friends continues to grow more ridiculous by the moment.

Here's the latest: Ginger Lee, a porn star who says the Congressman coached her through the scandal as it broke, has hired attention-loving attorney Gloria Allred to represent her against a series of mysterious threats.

Protecting her client from whatever may be released in the future, Allred told TMZ this morning:

"Ms. Lee has asked me to issue this statement, because an individual has threatened her with a release of another statement which purports to be from her, but which she has not authorized.

"Ginger would like it to be known that she has not authorized any person, except me, her attorney, to issue statements on her behalf. Any unauthorized statement may contain inaccuracies and should be viewed with suspicion and not published."

In other words: some dude is about to reveal explosive information about Lee and she's trying to stay ahead of it. More news on this odd story as it breaks.

Lindsay Lohan has filed for and obtained a restraining order barring her alleged stalker David Cocordan from getting anywhere near the troubled star.

She says she fears he plans to assault her. Sexually.

The temporary restraining order was issued against Cocordan, who Lindsay claims has been harassing and stalking her on and off for two years now. 

According to her declaration, Lindsay claims Cocordan's conduct has escalated in recent weeks, during which he's showed up at her home three times.

She can't even leave home if she wants to, either!

Lindsay Lohan also maintains that he followed her to public appearances and sent her more than a hundred text messages as well as phone calls.

But most frighteningly, according to the declaration, was a text he sent her on May 5, writing "F**king n sucking wit u kkk i need it more thn." 

Lindsay says, without exaggerating at all, that "I am afraid that this text message shows that Mr. Cocordan intends to sexually assault me."

This is no joke. The LAPD's Threat Management Department is on the case, and they believe Cocordan has mental issues and is schizophrenic.

Lindsay says she fears for her safety and the declaration was compelling enough for a judge to order Cocordan to stay clear. Here's hoping he does.

James Rainford, the stalker arrested in front of Paris Hilton's house last fall, resurfaced yesterday and actually came at Paris outside a courthouse.

The attack on Paris and Cy Waits, ironically, came while they were walking in to court to testify against a different man accused of stalking Hilton last year.

Video taken on the scene of the melee shows Rainford punching Waits in the back of the head and grabbing at his neck before being taken into custody.

Rangford says he wanted her autograph ... on his marriage proposal to her. The guy is not what you'd call stable. Watch the altercation go down below:

Paris Hilton, Cy Waits Attacked Outside Court

Former White House pest and Bravo reality star Michaele Salahi claims that someone's been stalking her and making death threats in recent weeks.

Her husband, Tareq Salahi, even placed a frantic 911 call for her protection.

Maybe the stalker just wanted to see Michaele Salahi in Playboy and is pissed that this is no longer in the cards? We kid. Although you never know.

The Salahis say that the threat-maker called the Sheriff's Dept. in Fauquier County, Va., falsely claiming Tareq broke into a winery co-owned by Tareq's family.

Deputies tell us they found no evidence of a break-in, but were called backwhen Tareq and Michaele found out the call came from the alleged stalker.

The Salahis filed a police report and the case is now under investigation. The couple is also seeking to have a protective order put into place ASAP.

According to the Salahis, the man has also been tailing Michaele, shooting photos and video and also sending death threats and obscene messages.

Musa Danasabe Ibrahim gets an A for effort, but an F for morality.

This 26-year old was arrested around 4 a.m. yesterday for trying to stalk Miley Cyrus.

As first reported by X17 Online, police received a phone call from one of Miley's neighbors early Thursday morning saying they had apprehended a man who claimed "he had a date with Miley."

The only problem? He did not, and he didn't even get the residence right.

"Ibrahim was trying to make entry into Miley Cyrus' house, but he got the houses mixed up," the Los Angeles Police Department said in a statement. "When we arrived on scene, we found him in her neighbor's yard. He was arrested for trespassing."

Ibrahim is in custody. His bail has been set for $5,000. Sounds like a good thing Miley is getting out of the country.
