NFL star turned murder suspect Aaron Hernandez is believed to have rented a secret "flop house" near his home for storage, according to police.

After Hernandez was charged with first-degree murder for the execution-style shooting of Odin Lloyd, more and more information has come out.

The latest revelation? A $1,200/month apartment he leased in Franklin, Mass., with boxes of ammunition and other items of interest inside.

Police found out about it from Carlos Ortiz, one of Hernandez’s friends, who said he was with the athlete the night he allegedly made plans to shoot Lloyd.

Articles of clothing recovered from the apartment are similar to what Hernandez had worn the night of the crime, June 17, according to law enforcement.

Chad Johnson is out of jail and making the most of his free time. Sort of. Kind of. Depending on how you look at it.

A day after Arizona Cardinals rookie Robert Gill shocked the universe by running 25 miles per hour on a treadmill, the former NFL wideout has released a video of himself trying to one-up the undrafted 29-year old.

By running 24 miles per hour... with a 2.5% incline... from a standing start. Watch the impressive display of speed here:

Kids, do not try this at home.

In a video making its way around the Internet - one that is harder to believe than Kim Kardashian turning down $3 million for the release of her baby photos - an Arizona Cardinals rookie named Robert Gill hops on board a treadmill...

... which is moving at 25 miles per hour.

Gill can only last for a few seconds, but considering he's receive a speeding ticket for driving at that rate in most school zones, color us impressed.

There has to be a spot for this undrafted 29-year old in the NFL, right? Especially if we include halftime entertainment gigs?

NFL star turned murder suspect Aaron Hernandez was involved in a 2012 domestic incident with fiancee Shayanna Jenkins, a new report indicates.

Hernandez and Jenkins got into an argument that sent police racing to his rental home outside of L.A. after a neighbor reported a domestic disturbance.

When police arrived, Jenkins said she was fine and didn't want to press charges against Hernandez, then an all-star tight end for the New England Patriots.

Police left without making an arrest, even though they had come there several other times after Hermosa Beach, Calif., neighbors made noise complaints.

Hernandez, sources say, "acted like an a$$hole" when cops responded.

A high school in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., has officially banned Tebowing, the post-game or post-score prayer posture inspired by NFL player Tim Tebow.

The ban comes in response to a formal complaint, alleging violation of separation of church and state, by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).

Tebowing Shirt

Tebowing took the NFL by storm in 2011. Then Tim's career sort of imploded, but controversy over the religious star and his on-field ritual rages on.

At Lahser H.S., the football team led traditional post-game prayers at midfield, allowing members of its team and visitors to take part in the tradition.

That's not uncommon at all levels of competition, but the Tebowing took it too far, according to the ACLU, which said it exceeds its proposed guidelines.

Major League Baseball investigators are about meet with the whistleblower, who claims he has the smoking gun linking the players to the PED source.

Fischer, a "biochemist," is expected to reveal his detailed clinic records.

A number of big-time baseball stars, including Alex Rodriguez and Ryan Braun, allegedly obtained banned PEDs from the clinic's owner, Tony Bosch.

If he can prove this, expect the mother lode of MLB suspensions.

The MLB meeting was brokered by Fischer's attorney, Ray Rafool, and the league will reportedly pay Fischer a "consulting" fee in exchange for his cooperation.

Bribes. Not unlike homers fueled by HGH, they go a long way.

Former Patriots star and accused murderer Aaron Hernandez has been moved into solitary confinement for his own safety, according to prison officials.

Hernandez, A

The fear is basic and obvious: That he has a target on his back (not #81).

Bristol County Sheriff Tom Hodgson said Aaron has been moved from the medical ward at Bristol County Jail to a "Class 2 Unit," where he is isolated.

"The reason for this move is simply to protect him," he says. "We wouldn't want some inmate trying to get any notoriety by attempting to harm Aaron Hernandez."

The Seattle Mariners are 35-47, 13 games out of first place in the American League West.

They have made very little noise on the field.

But the team generated a number of headlines yesterday after flying the gay pride flag during a home game at Safeco Field, honoring the landmark Supreme Court decisions of the week: dismissing Prop 8 in California and striking down DOMA.

Pride Flag

The move came on the same day as Seattle's 39th annual Pride Parade, with the flag waving atop the pole typically reserved for the Washington Nationals.

"#Mariners make history, becoming first major professional team to fly Pride flag, today at Safeco Field," TV reporter Chris Daniels Tweeted along with the above photo.

Most folks admire the Mariners for making such a gesture, while critics say a baseball game should be free from politics.

What do you think of the gay pride flag flying?
